I know a lot of you guy are ready for Rivera to go but unfortunately he will be coach in till the end of the season. A lot of us have our eyes on offensive guys to be our next HC to develop Cam into a good QB. Greg Roman is a guy we should really look into. I'm not sure if he calls the plays for the 49ers or not but from my understanding him and Harbaugh split play calling. Let's take a look at him tonight.

I'm interested in the possibility of Roman being our next HC or OC. I live in the bay area and have seen every 49er game the past few years. I know Roman just got there last season, but they way The 9ers use Alex Smith and Colin Kaepernick is brilliant. They use a very pro style run heavy offense with Smith under center but they also throw in the occasional spread option attack with Kaepernick. If the 9ers had Cam under center they would be a real problem trying to defend. The 9ers do a great job of making Alex Smith look like a decent QB. Cam is already 10 times the QB that alex smith ever will be. If Greg Roman could come in here and implement they 49ers offense it would turn this team around and do wonders for Cam's development.

Their plays are similar to what Stanford was running when Harbaugh was there, and still running today. Yet this offense, I think the true mastermind behind it all is David Shaw. ^_^ We got to find a way to get Shaw here, we got to!

By the way, do yall see how the coaches let Kaepernick run a full pro offense? That is what Cam would look like if he had a competent staff. Stew and D-Will would look like Gore is looking right now. Smitty would probably still be a top threat. Instead we are having conversations about how all of our offensive weapons are washed up, all because of this sabotaging coaching staff.

I understand what you are saying but it's going to be tough to pull David Shaw away from Stanford. Stanford is David Shaw dream job and it took him a while to get it. I just don't think JR will go the extra mile to get him in here. As much as I would love to see this it just don't seem possible.
