I was thinking more of an inertia type power. Wouldn't take much to power these, so it would be small. Think shake powered flashights, or inertia watches on a much smaller scale.

Lojack certainly can come up with something for children and the elderly. (Maybe with the elderly, it could be a bracelet. Very few are going to be abducted. It would be like a medic alert bracelet that you never take off.)

Children/young adults would have to be different.
