syke's mock draft

Not bad but I think both Rhodes and definetely Fisher will be 1st rounders. Swearinger also will not get past the 4th. I'd be surprise if he even is still there in the 4th.

No way we're going after Finley and Cribbs. We having nothing to give for Finley and don't have the cap to carry his salary. And Cribbs isn't even a reliable no.2 WR.

Agreed 2nd team SEC Safety that was the co-leader of the defense that finished one of the best in the country. No way in hell he makes it that far down especially after the combine performance he'll turn in.

Like the point of trading back, I think it's a must this up coming draft. I'm going to see how Warmack do in the national championship and look at his combine numbers before I'm completely sold with him.

I like it to, but its not likely trading back at this point when you're out of a top 10 pick. Teams can just sit at their spot and still take the player they want. They dont have to trade up for someone.

I think we should take the best offer available. Even if it's just picking up an extra 5th, or something like that. I do think getting an extra 4th would be pretty good. Yet just because it's a 1st round pick, I think we should at least get a 3rd. (Just based on the history of the draft, trade backs in the first round pick up decent picks)

It would all depend on how far we're trading down. If we're moving down 3-4 spots and gets to add a 3rd, I'd take that all day. But I wouldn't drop back more than 5-6 spots for just a 4th or less.

lol well i tried guys

i went by alot of the round projections in walterfootball.com.

like xavier, fisher, dj.....just thinking maybe they might fall u never know like A. Rodgers(i think)

also with free agents i thought finnley would be good because newton did good with two TALL tight ends and cribbs was mainly for better field position. i mean carolina cant get finnley if he is the only free agent....damn.

my second one

1.sheldon richardson dt

2.xavier rhodes cb

2.terrance williams wr

4.alvin bailey og

5.ray ray armstrong s

6.dustin hopkins k

That's cute, but Williams and Rhodes will establish themselves as first rounders by the combine. And like I keep saying whenever someone drafts Richardson, we won't be drafting a back up for Dwan so just wait until he resigns or not.

    • The lack of discipline has seriously been our downfall the last month. Seems like we just went off course this last month and Lee won't address it. You can't just live and die by the 3 when you can attack the paint and at worst draw a foul
    • Great season regardless of what happens. From starting out 4-14 to ending 44-38 is incredible progress and future is bright from here. I do think we can beat the Heat and then win on the road against either Orlando or Philly assuming Embiid doesn’t miraculously return sooner. But if not, a higher draft pick is nice too
    • I know a DT that's asking for a trade: 🤔 maybe a home discount can be worked out. Dan Morgan could create up to $80 million in space through restructures of stars like Derrick Brown, Jaycee Horn, or Taylor Moton. They could also include players like Tershawn Wharton ($18.6M cap hit) in the trade to balance the salaries. Carolina Receives: DT  Dexter Lawrence II New York Receives: 2026 2nd Round Pick (No. 51 Overall): A premium Day 2 selection that fits the for  Lawrence  after his 0.5-sack season in 2025. WR  Xavier Legette : A young, high-upside receiver who provides the playmaking depth HC John Harbaugh needs for his offense. 2026 4th Round Pick: Immediate mid-round value. 2027 4th Round Pick (via MIN): Future capital acquired in the  Adam Thielen  trade.  ----- Stone Forsythe* (another young player as a potential trade option)provides immediate offensive line retooling for HC John Harbaugh.    John Harbaugh's history in Baltimore proves he values draft volume over individual superstars.    Just my 2cents
