wow, im not gunna smash this because its obvious they work on their lyrics- very complicated bars with a ton of multis in there- but i have to say something.. and i might sound like an old fart but- you cant understand anyone.. it takes to much work for me to really REALLY listen to the lyrics and lookout for the punchlines

TBQH I wouldn't have picked that example...

Fast rapping is cool and all, but I feel you on your post... It's not everyone's thing... But CES Cru hardly ever even does it... I think it was more of a Tech N9ne influenced thing on that track (and some others)...

here's a slower one...

Well you probably know more than me because I am a middle aged white guy who grew up on Iron Maiden, RUN DMC, and Debbie Gibson but I can't stop listening to it. I love the flow of it. Bronn has me hooked on this Strange Music label now....they have some great stuff.

I've tried to follow Strange for a long time... been a fan of Tech N9ne forever (bleys has too, I think) and he pretty much started the label from nothing... Almost every modern rapper that comes from the Midwest owes a lot to Tech N9ne, and his influence is far-reaching. He's doing good things by getting these other artists out there with his name.

Speaking of MW hip-hop, my man Ea out of St Louis. Sick freestyler too if you look more into him, he can flow for 20 minutes straight just spitting genius lines.

I've been hearing the name Mac Miller a lot lately, after seeing your post I decided to go listen to one of his songs, dudes worse then fuging Justin Bieber, I wanted to punch my screen.

Never listen to the other two then because they're even worse. I'm not big rap fan by any means, but their style and lyrical content really seems like an embarrassment to all of rap. poo went from being about killing cops and selling drugs to survive, to rapping about how cool your sneakers are, what kind of sandwich you're buying at the deli, and other mundane poo that only uncultured people care about.

Am I the only one who likes some of the older stuff from Mac Miller? Before he exploded and got his own TV show on MTV I liked his flow.

Everyone liked him then. I always hated him, thought he was so annoying and had such a corny flow, but I was on the outside back then. But then he emerged from the underground, and a few months in, everyone hopped off.
