Why do you think we are a + 7 win team?

Two things about whatever I just read. . .

Im concerned about Shula too but that was how long ago? I would hope that he's grown. With his pedigree and former status with the team, Im fine with taking another look at him in the OC seat. Optimistic Idk, yeah, we got a good playbook.

Barner as our leading rusher? Wouldnt the play need to sell him as a blocker? If it is and Barner hasnt played a single down in the NFL, are you sure he's capable of doing all the things someone like say D'Lo can? I hope he's great but good lawd.

See my problem is for 3 years we have gotten basically nothing out of our expensive backfield, yet Washington, Tampa, and other teams have drafted new running backs and had explosive running games. Our leading rusher has been Cam. Maybe we should try something different to get a different result.

I find it odd that we have hope that Armanti can catch, that Jimmy is a capable backup, that Beason will be as good as ever, that Shula has become an offensive visionary, that double trouble will be as good as four years ago, but no hope for our drafted rookie running back.

Armanti catches well if you ask me. He just cant execute the schemes like other receivers have up to this point. In his time on the field he has made plays and proven that he can do it.

Jimmy, Idk who saying that, havnt seen it yet, Athlete's are coming back from achilles injuries, no one said Shula is an offensive visionary, and double trouble is as good as the line you give them.

"no hope for our drafted rookie" lol gimme a fuggin break drama queenie.

    • Jack Roslovic: Only 2 other UFA, right-handed centers age 28 or under had more points (39) than him- Sam Bennett (51) and Pius Suter (46). There were 4 other centers age 33 and older who scored more: Gireaux (37), Marchand (37), Tavares (34), Granlund (33).  Unless the Canes go old, if they let Jack walk, they won't get a center who scored more.  Thoughts?
    • nope     This is why we come back every year.  Hope springs eternal
    • It's important to differentiate criticism and hate. I can't speak for that individual you quoted. But most people who have been critical of the Tepper's have been so because both of them have made it a point to put themselves front and center and in the middle of team operations and we have been largely horrific more often than not as a result. If people are making derogatory remarks about her that should be met with an appropriate response but if people are being defensive just because she's being criticized all I can say is people should get used to it. Both her and David would have been getting absolutely skewered by the media and the fans if this were a big market franchise. The Lakers are finally being sold off after years and years of public criticism of Jeannie Buss and even though I'm the furthest you could go from being a Lakers fan just about anyone you could meet who is familiar with the NBA would say the criticism was certainly valid.
