What I use in my residential units and haven't had one clog yet

Fast forward to 45 seconds for flushing demo with golf balls, water wiggles, tubes

So all the crap you talk in the Smack Forum about only being in the commercial real estate rental business is BS? Surprise surprise.

All my RE Agent activity is commercial, all my property management company clients are for commercial properties, all my personally owned properties that i also manage myself are basically two large office complexes, three houses, and two 4-plexes. I mentioned I put these toilets in my 4-plexes which locally, anything over 3 units is commercial.

I also use the same Champion toilets in commercial offices that have bathrooms in them, but the ones that are for public use in common area that get used a lot, I use the pressure assisted version. It installs like regular toilet and uses the water line pressure, no additional plumbing required.
