Freeman over him is a stretch I think, Newton has a much higher ceiling and is a more natural playmaker I think. Newton with those WR's and Turner of 2 years ago would have a couple rings tbh.

NFC North, NFC West, and even the NFC West all have really solid All Star teams. I think it would be close, but we're arguably the best offensively.
