Why were there no designed roll outs for cam?

Obviously we're not tipping our hand as to what we're going to do on offense during the regular season. Plenty of fans have already listed the plethora of plays that we have yet to see, and I went through that list last week.

What worries me is that the more our o-line struggles, the greater the odds Cam will be injured. Not just from hits in the pocket, but because Shula will call more plays that require Cam to run and take a hit. Of course we have yet to see those plays in the preseason because our coaching staff is not insane, but they'll become desperate during the regular season. They're going to use Cam's legs to save their jobs because Williams up the middle for a 2 yard loss = Gettleman cleans house at the end of the season.

Although our o-line is lacking in talent, I don't think they're as bad as they've appeared so far in the preseason. They're making mental errors and getting a bad jump off the line way too often. We need to mix up the snap count, I mean DAMN, and our o-line coach needs to start losing his sh!t on them if he's not already. It's time for some "come to Jesus" meetings. I think the o-line will look sharper as the season movies along, but of course the ceiling is not that high.

Yeah, because teams couldn't get film of Baltimore doing that last year.

Rivera is not the only coach who thinks it is nonsense to pull out all of the stops in pre-season.  I am saying, what does Rivera gain by showing all of our sets and trying to impress malcontent fans such as yourself?  No one has film on a Shula run offense since Tampa Bay.  They can disguise things all year.  If we beat up on Seattle and teams say think they can watch that film, we could switch it up week after week.  You do know our offensive coordinator is different and Baltimore's is still the same right?
