If you enjoyed "Shaun of the Dead" and "Hot Fuzz" you will likely enjoy this one as much, if not more, as it stars many of the same actors and is produced by the same group out of the UK.

 

The movie deals with the issues of sex, violence, bar hopping, aliens, big explosions and the apocalypse.  In a word, the human condition.  OK three words.

 

If you enjoyed the previous two movies, I recommend you skip the trailer below, it reveals portions of the movie that you might enjoy more seeing them for the first time in the theater.

 

I give it two thumbs up.

Although Hot Fuzz and Shaun of the Dead never actually got me laughing, the deeper complexity of the humor is really appreciable.

I need to see this but my wife still makes fun of me for being a fan of Shaun of the Dead.
