Officially boycotting the Panthers (Boycott Ended 11/11/2013)

I know what you clicked on this link to say. "Fine then, we don't need you". "you're not a real fan", "how bout some loyalty", "stupid bandwagon fans".

Let me tell you something. I have been a fan of this team since day 1. For 20 years now, since the team was announced in 1993, I have loved the Panthers.

It has come to my attention that if we want anything to change with this organization we are going to have to pressure Mr. Richardson where he can actually be pressured. His wallet. I want nothing more than to field a good football team with a competent coaching staff.

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

I will not financially support this team any longer. I have spent too much, and given too much of my time.

If by some miracle, Ron Rivera proves that it was just chance that he is 2-14 in games decided by a score. If it is just statistical smoke and mirrors that he has blown countless 4th quarter leads. If I am completely wrong in my assessment of this coaching staff and it turns out that Rivera is the best man for the job, not a cheap alternative to a real coach. I will eat the biggest fuggin crow you can serve me.

However, I am not wrong. The record doesn't lie. Our coaching staff is incompetent.

Eat it.

Coming from a guy whos join date was November 8th.

You need to GTFO.

And Leeroy wont say this because he has more class than me but you can GFY.Bandwagoner.

Hahaha wow man really?

I've been watching this team since day one and go to as many games as I can every year. I went to Arizona this season, and I'll be at the game Monday.

I've belonged to numerous forums, even this one before the server crash. I decided to make an account here because its the only one with enough traffic for me on game days, and when we lose this place is a depressing shitt show.

So before you go judging someone on a "join date" you should consider all of the above, punk.

When's the last time you were at a game? Because I've already been to one this season and I'm going next week.

And November 8th was two days BEFORE our last game, so if you're trying to say I hopped on after the niners game than you're just delusional.

You lost dude, you attacked a die hard to back up a bandwagoner. Never go full retard son.

    • I see Bryce's development this way: He improved when his supporting cast improved.  TMac and Dowdle saved his arse last year, but in fairness, most good QBs have good WRs and good RBs--and good OLs.   The 2025 OL underperformed, actually. They were above average, but they should have been elite if you consider the salary cap.   As soon as we signed Lewis and Hunt, I started thinking, "That's not sustainable.  With Ickey about to get paid a LT salary, Moton and Hunt grabbling $50m per season combined, and Lewis around $17m--that would be nearly $100m and the Center just walked.  Yikes.  What does that mean?  Rico walks, Mays walks, and we do not have a top 5 WR on a second contract.  We do not have an elite TE, and only 1 is on a modest second contract. And now Bryce will demand $50m for his incremental rise to mediocrity?   So when we sign Bryce, we will get weaker at other positions.  Hunt, Moton, maybe Ickey and Lewis, will all be casualties--that is the right move regardless (not sure yet about Ickey, but he was not elite) Bryce is one lucky, entitled camper.  No competition since being drafted, and he lost his job for a while to the aging clipboard holder.  Now we are bringing in UDFAs and busts to compete with him.
    • Probably not.  If we are taking a QB, it would be a prospect to replace Bryce and not a flyer type player.  I can't say for sure, but I doubt he would have cracked the top 3-4 QBs even if he were to play this coming season.
    • The Giants, Cardinals  and Dolphins should have moved on, but they didn't and ended up cutting their QB early into a monster second contract and had to eat a TON of dead cap money.
