It's confusing that people don't get this. You win and the media boasts you up. You lose and they don't, especially if you are high profile.

Kaep, Wilson, and RG3 - all have a staff working around their style of play. That's a huge factor for their success. They aren't coming into the league and having to learn a new style, they keep their style and thus they look good. Cam had it too with Chud.

But, yes the only thing that matters to media is W's or crazy play that gets someone 15 seconds of fame. However, having good staff and talent around you makes getting those W's easier, much easier.
