How likely is it that the second round of the NFC playoffs would feature the Panthers back at the Superdome and the 49ers in Seattle?  That would make three games against the Saints in six weeks.

It would suck to have to play in New Orleans or in Seattle in the playoffs, but we'll likely have to play in one or both if we are to get to the Super Bowl.  Last night's game was huge.  The winner of that game was in the driver's seat for the #2 seed in the NFC with the loser looking at a likely #5 seed.  It would've been one thing if we came up short in a hard fought game, but to come out that flat in a game of that magnitude was really disappointing.

well if we both win out we would be the 5 seed and the 49ers would be the 6 so if both us and the 49ers won in the first round in that situation then yes we would play the saints and the 49ers would play the Seahawks

It is either going to be in Seattle or New Orleans. 

 

I'd rather play in Seattle because I think it fits our style better.

I think we end up playing in both cities.  What was interesting to me is that the division rivals will each end up playing each other three times.  In our case, three times in six weeks. :)
