When he retires, he needs to 1) get a permanent sports talk radio gig in Charlotte and 2) replace Eugene Robinson on the Panthers Radio Network. Smith is great when he does his weekly spot on WFNZ.

 

That would be pretty awesome... I'm sure if he does that the team will actively try and involve him. They've done a good job of getting guys like Rucker and Minter involved on TV at least.
