2014 NHL PLAYOFFS (Round 2)

And after watching the western finals and checking the stats, I'd put Quick at #6 for American goalies behind Bishop, Miller, Howard, Anderson, and Schneider. And he was our starter in the Olympics lol. Shows how poor Blysma is at picking goalies.

Kings in 6. Going to throw NY around and the wear and tear will get to the smaller Rangers. Quick hasn't played great but he's already won a cup. Can't see LA losing more than 2 games, they just seem to have everything going for them right now.

NY is fast as hell and they can hit too. Plus Lundy is better than Quick.

I really don't see NY winning more than one unless Henrik stands on his head.  The Kings aren't like Boston, they're not going to let a fast team eat them up by trying to throw their weight around.  Just a better hockey team.  Kings in 5.

    • I'm salty every time I see someones mid picks become stars while we throw first and second rounders over and over and they all stink outside of Tet (who still has a lot to prove, imo)
    • There is a contingent that is total Bryce but they weathervane with the wind. When the good Bryce wind blows about once or twice a month we hear a lot from them. But they are always pro Bryce, they just don’t pipe up too much when he sucks. I can’t speak for them, as far as what they are looking at.    In a second contingent, the collective mind is made up. He has had had basically three years worth of starts that might include a top tier outing or two, a few second tier outings, offset by about the same number of bottom tier outings which actually may have the edge there.  The rest of his stuff is third tier and that is going to be the bulk of his starts. We want to move on. And we aren’t getting off of that hill until he puts us off of it. He has not.    There is a third contingent that has no conviction and definitely weather vanes. Bryce is good. Bryce isn’t good. Depending on the latest game. They will buy into 7 on 7 success so that should tell you something.
    • Nacua is really fuging good. He might be a better version of Cooper Kupp.
