  1. Past hour
  2. Throw in Pat Jones II and Rozebloom, when’s the last time we’ve gone into FA and gotten great contribution without going nuts on spending this is better than the year we got Ken Lucas and Mike Wahle based off Morgan’s performance early on the only thing stopping this team is David Tepper if he decides he wants to meddle again
  3. No doubt. He did a great job on Parsons. Parsons was a nonfactor.
  4. It’s always great to get your star player back. He seemed like his ankle was better yesterday. I hope he is back to 100 percent by next week.
  5. Rico is making the decision for them. You can’t let Rico leave I’d cut Chuba this offseason. Money aside I think ETN is a better fit for this offseason than Chuba is and would like to see him get some carries as well
  6. Seeing how well Rico has been playing in this offense part of me wonders what a healthy Jonathon Brooks could've done. I hope he can get healthy and rolling cause he's easily the most physically gifted RB on our team.
  7. He's the starting QB. We should be happy he's back. When you look at QBs like Joe Burrow, as talented as he is, he can't stay healthy. I give Young props for manning up and playing through the pain. He was definitely not 100%.
  8. Rico is 3rd in the NFL in rushing despite only being the main back for 3 games. He's been the more physical back between him and Chuba and he just seems to set a certain tone of physicality when he's the one carrying the football. You have to find a way to bring him back and sort out the other pieces after that. I think you have to deal Chuba by the deadline while his value is still somewhat modest. If we wait till the off-season other teams will just prefer to wait and see what's in the draft.
  9. It seems like when you guys found out Bryce was coming back it totally energized your team.
  10. How is Xavier Legette? I honestly didn’t like the hard hit on him by us. I hope he’s ok.
  11. We were playing one of the best defenses in the league. He wasn't brilliant but he got the job done. The conditions were terrible and he lead us on two TD scoring drives. Not only that but we kept Parsons almost invisible. I know he's not a top 5 QB but we lose with Dalton.
  12. Honestly not sure if I can watch next weeks game. I don’t want to go through another loss. I will watch it though.
  13. He runs so hard. Watching him play through the groin pain was inspiring. You could clearly see he was hurting but he wasn't going to let the team down. WE NEED 53 just like him.
  14. Exactly, He saw open field and took his eyes off the ball. It doesn't get much easier. It so easy to F it up when you see that much space in front of you.
  15. Likewise. It’s been a bad team to watch for most of the last 6 years, so it’s hard to spend too much time here. Your team is still good. They seem to play up or down to their competition. Hopefully this gets them focused and realizing that a C- effort can get them beat by anybody.
  16. That’s not how it works, especially since we don’t have Horn follow #1s. It’s hell because the other team is usually throwing at you because Horn takes away the other option.
  17. Jackson could never intercept a ball for the rest of his career and he’s still a very solid starting CB. It’s crazy to me people are saying things like he sucks or a good team would replace him. He’s been very good at covering guys and deflecting passes, which is even more impressive given that teams avoid the other side of the field cuz of Horn. Jackson is one of the better #2 CBs in the league and no amount of dropped interceptions changes that.
  18. Weird take when Rico was literally an undrafted FA and we signed him for peanuts because his former team didn’t value him. The guy they replaced him with they also signed for peanuts and he’s 5th in the league in rushing and 3rd in TDs.
  19. I bet they run all over the Saints next week. 215 yards total I predict.
  20. You guys certainly got a good running game and a good O line too. We couldn’t get to you guys at all. We only had 1 sack.
  21. Hey X I remember you from this board years ago. I hope your doing well bud.
  22. If they trade or cut Chuba this year his dead cap hit is only like 1.5m this year and 4.5m next. If they cut or trade him next post June 1st his dead cap hit is 1.5m next year and 3m for 2027.
  23. Joe burrow? Or is this a technicality because he’s hurt?
  24. Today
  25. The aversion to tying up too much money in the ground game when it’s what’s winning us games is crazy to me. I get letting Rico walk if you think he’s easily replaceable but I don’t see many people arguing that, just applying an arbitrary salary cap based on what we think RBs are currently worth. I’d rather be stuck with Hubbard as an overpaid backup (not the worst one to have, mind you) than lose out on the most productive player on the offense personally.
  26. Why do people keep saying things like “it’s not Young’s fault we spent so much to draft him”? Who cares if it’s his fault? Nobody is saying send him to jail or anything. People aren’t talking about blame for the decision to draft him, they’re talking about how bad he is as a QB and how we’d be much better with even an average QB. Pointing out that we sunk a lot of resources into drafting him isn’t invalidated because he didn’t make that decision himself. Doesn’t matter whose fault that was, he’s still not playing like a QB who was drafted at all, much less one that cost two firsts, two seconds and a #1 WR.
