for the most part I avoid farmed fish, although I recently saw a pretty tempting packet of tilapia at a very good price. Didn't buy it then, but probably will soon. I eat fish 3 or 4 times a week and my wallet could appreciate the savings. I've never heard of putting Worcestershire sauce on fish. It's just crazy enough of an idea to try.

Friends, neighbors, countrymen....our long national nightmare is over. Today, the Carolina Panthers take the field for the first time in months. Even though it is a pre-season game, and most starters won't be out there, it's Panthers football.
