  1. All of Darnold's 1200+ throws over the past three years? I'm assuming you mean like two YouTube analysis/breakdown videos, right?
  2. I don't think you can just broadly lump Pitts in with our other "weapons". What we need is a red zone threat who can score TDs, and it isn't clear that we have one on the roster right now (outside of maybe CMC). Pitts could offer unique, much needed utility there.
  3. It was reported that Gettleman tried to trade up to 2nd overall to draft Leonard Fournette. Most people are already critical of drafting running backs in the first round (and rightfully so)...imagine trading up to NUMBER 2 OVERALL to take one.
  4. I mean...they won 2 out of their last 3 games (both against playoff teams) when they were guaranteed the 1st overall draft pick. You think it'd be hard for them to find a way to lose those games if they were committed to tanking?
  5. Never heard Teddy described as “not afraid to take chances”.
  6. If CMC is iron, this dude is probably a rotting 2x4...but hey, I’ve been pleasantly surprised with the relative nobodies we’ve trotted out in the last couple years: Bonnafon, Davis, even Rodney Smith. Maybe we’ll be adding this guy to the list.
  7. This dude? He's gonna be rusty as hell trying to make a comeback after 20 years.
  8. Speaking of train wrecks...thoughts on your Steelers last year?
  9. Ignoring the general intelligence of each fan base....why would you assume that the average Panther fan knows more about Elflein than the Vikings/Jets fans who have actually routinely watched him play on Sunday?
  10. "Oh my godddd it's like Hurney all over again!!!" Or maybe...just maybe.......Hurney did things (some of which were very stupid) that every GM in the league does. It'll be even more hilariously ironic if we end up drafting Parsons at 8th overall...even though I have it on good authority Hurney is the only GM in the history of the NFL who has ever drafted a LB or RB in the first round.
  11. All the Huddlers who still think Hurney is their GM are gonna be really disappointed if nothing happens.
  12. What exactly did he do for the Eagles? Putting up 9 points in their playoff loss to the Seahawks? Is that where we’re setting the bar for performing?
  13. It's amusing when he uses emojis deliberately as an attempt to project this image of being unbothered and indifferent by a heated exchange, when it's common knowledge that the emojis come out when he's madddd lol.
  14. I read into it a little more and the allegation is that this Hensley fellow was cheating on his wife at the strip club, and these photos allegedly prove some kind of infidelity. Otherwise simply going to a strip club isn't all that incriminating for most people lol.
  15. It'll still all boil down to the scouting/evaluation of each individual QB. What round a QB was drafted in is ultimately meaningless as a standalone metric; the only reason we reference it, is because it's convenient to make these types of generalizations when we're looking at things at a macro level. Think of it this way: if we draft Mac Jones in the 1st round vs. the 2nd round, does that mean he's more likely to succeed? Arguably less so, since we'll presumably be getting a lesser complementary player in the 2nd round as a result (i.e. WR, o-lineman).
  16. Our o-line is a million times better than what he has had to endure throughout his career in Seattle lol.
  17. It’s not difficult to understand what you meant to say. But you basically did the equivalent of a “You’re grammar is bad” post lol.
  18. Good ole Gettleman getting his choice of the top 4 OTs and picking the worst one at 4th overall.
  19. Lol you guys know Hurney isn’t their GM...right?
  20. Good for him...defied all odds for a 7th round pick and had a nice career.
  21. It would be cheaper to just trade for Jordan Love and have him elevate Teddy Bridgewater to MVP status from the bench this time!!
  22. Just seems like your anger is misdirected when you lash out at people who say they cheer for wins no matter what (I mean you in the general sense, cause there are tons of people here who do that). If you accept teams winning meaningless games and dropping their draft position as the norm in the NFL, then why dwell on fans who adopt a positive outlook from a bad situation? All these "BuT WiNnInG CuLtUrE" posts in here in every thread just come across extremely salty and petty. Either it is what it is, or propose what the coaching staff should have done instead, to subtly secure a loss without it being egregious enough to draw attention like with Philadelphia. Anything outside of that is extremely unproductive and a waste of time.
