  1. 6'5 310 34 1/2" arms, nearly 11" hands, are you looking for sasquatch? He's basically Ronnie Stanley/Tyron Smith sized and the prototypical modern LT. Bigger than Bakhtiari and Matthews.
  2. I'm sorry, but let's just give it up with Cam. He's in the past, even in a "bridge"
  3. Totally. All 4 bring something, have the elite potential, unsure who would come swinging out the gate the most at first, but Cross is definitely the one looking like that prototypical LT you see. It's a good problem to have when we have our pickins at #6 and they'll be available, the one we want the most if we're lucky.
  4. Robbie is a weird, annoying dude and that's me saying it. He can go.
  5. Going back to Cross, he just has a lot to like. Has the size, length, ton of balance in his stance/stays pretty strong and upright with the best hand placement in the draft. If we are going OL, it makes sense why our new, actually NFL competent OL coach would want him. Cross-Elf/BC-Bozeman-Corbett-Moton is a fine line. One weak spot but Elf or Brady could play a lot better at LG with that supporting cast.
  6. To be clear @kungfoodude I'd take them all. Raimann is the next OT but a tier down that's more late 1st. Zion will go ahead of him as a OG.
  7. Thing is, I'd say Penning's Pass-pro is better than Icky so then considering his upside and general size/length, it makes you wonder if its a situation like 2020. It really depends on scheme and what certain teams covet. I.E.--Thomas was commonly projected behind Wills and Wirfs, taken way higher and then even Becton (The high upside large mauler type) taken ahead of Wirfs.
  8. I’m telling you—Penning may be the target honestly. Sewell, Mac, and Fields we’re all the hype last year and people only caught wind of our Horn/Surtain love a week or so before the draft, I’m telling you Cross is as high as #5 overall on some boards and as low as the 5th OL. Bottom line is Neal/Cross is not a top-2 and then the rest.
  9. Eagles don’t think any of these QBs are better than Hurts but will have the ammo for one next year. Saints are willing to draft one this year.
  10. I’ve said it before. A lot of the fan+media hype train has driven up Ekwonu when he’s actually quite sloppy. Penning and Cross may indeed be ahead of him on team boards. Doesn’t make him bad or anything. Ekwonu is a top talent, but the team scout reality is different than this top-6 assumption for him and Neal.
  11. Baker, Pickett, Grier and that Florida kid are all too similar if you’re picking up what I’m putting down
  12. More picks. Trade w Seattle. Land Penning, Howell/Ridder, and a stud lineman like Salyer or Sean Rhyan
  13. And is one of our 30 in house visits but those are much less advertised these days.
  14. My one takeaway is that its Nicole who likely snoops around our subreddit and here. So, she's definitely letting David know what the general mood is and what's trending with the team. He's in tune with the current atmosphere and opinions of Rhule. Makes you wonder a few things...
  15. Nice article, agree that it's nothing to try and decipher/read between the lines. We're looking hard at the top-3 QBs, definitely like Ridder but it depends on how we stack them up against the other top talent. We'll see.
  16. You seem like a good ole’ dude and I’m grateful you keep bringing yourself back to this site.
  17. His public speaking voice has a weird accent to it. He's got his own Anna Delvey situation going on. He's so baysssic
  18. The same redundant posts are just as annoying as redundant threads my friend.
  19. I think Neal is #1 on most boards, but Ekwonu is not a consistent 2, although Ekwonu may be #1 on some, it's all team/coach/scheme dependent. There's a handful who are all about having more of the big bendable frame at the left with less looseness in pass protection. Ekwonu gets a bit careless/sloppy but Penning is going to be very difficult to get around and will have little issue with having the bend down pat at his size in pass protection. He's going to be an issue. Ekwonu better overall right now, Penning, higher ceiling, athleticism+size combo with better pass protection and handwork. Just the whispers on my end. (Which is basically SF and Indy FOs)
  20. He’s our pick if there. We like Penning over Icky so could be interesting if Icky is available with Neal gone at 6. People here may be up in arms but we could go QB over Ekwonu. Not the case w Neal. Neal is a man amongst boys.
  21. Seattle is our only hope. A 20 to 2 swap is insanity and has never really happened before.|
  22. One of Icky or Neal will be there, I have a sneaky suspicion. Question is if it’s because of Malik going high or others; I suspect it could be others. If no QB has gone and one of the tackles are there, we’re gonna wait for any/all calls to move down. I firmly believe Corral, Howell & Ridder are the targets at QB. Penning, Zion and Tyler Smith on the OL. Also, a trade target in the mid rounds if we gain any picks is Thayer Munford Jr OL and also Channing Tindall LB Also—I do believe a few teams have Penning higher than both Cross AND Icky. We may be one of them shhhh.
