Again if you watch the play he’s not exactly wrong. It was really poorly executed. I don’t love having the call in there as an option, but you have to execute. They did not.

Two plays get called (both by the head coach) Bryce can check to another play based on the look. You misguided souls have already identified Bryce made the wrong check based on what? The result of the play? That’s ignorance at best. Good play calls fail and bad play calls work. Im not even saying that it was a good play call, but Bryce didn’t call the play. He checked to it and that’s a huge difference.

To be honest the right call was probably a timeout. It was a zero blitz. And given our offensive line, there was probably 0 chance to get a play off. A screen works if executed. It was not. You can blame Frank for not having better answers dialed up. You can blame the players for not executing. By all accounts it appears that Bryce got them in the right play and the offense failed to execute it.
