You cut Shaq, Elflein and Damian Wilson and immediately save 21 million Then they’ll extend Burns and if they want they’ll lower that 16 million dollar cap hit this year. I’d prefer them to take the biggest hit possible on that deal now though. We are NOT winning the Super Bowl next year so let’s keep as much cap space open for 2024. Hopefully our new QB we draft this year along with Reich will be entering season 2 and that’s when you make your push
-
It makes no sense to do anything with Jackson this offseason. Next offseason it makes sense to cut him. And to the crowd that thinks we have a lot of money we don’t. Restructuring and all that fun stuff is how we keep getting into this mess. Now people want to spend cap space with have in the coming years? Lucky for that crowd I do fully expect them to blow through a lot of future cap space this offseason. Ideally they find their damn QB of the future this offseason. Limit the amount they dip into future cap space and go heavy in next offseason if we have our QB

The missed block in the back on the punt return was bad The review with the player reaching for the 1st down was bad. You don’t get the spot of the reach when you voluntarily bring the ball back afterwards. It’s not the same as it is down at the goal line I had no dog in the fight so whatever but this entire season in general has be a disaster officiating wise. A league worth a bajillion dollars if they wanted to get things right they would. At the end of the day it’s entertainment. I really try my best to treat it as such and not anything more

I don’t think it’s scripted or anything crazy like that. I’ve seen people suggest players know and that’s absurd I do think there are times the refs are told to try and make a certain outcome happen though. There is way too much money involved in all of this with gambling, TV, etc to leave everything entirely up to chance
-
Oh 100%. That’s always the go to move when you f*ck up
-
This year was a real eye opener with betting and the refs a lot of suspect calls all year
-
Biggest play of the game. Not viscous at all. Understand what’s f’n going on. The refs f*cked the Bengals all game
-
What an absolute joke
-
Good for Williams. All this extra sh!t from Philly at this point is beyond ridiculous.
-
Reddick is a better pure pash rusher than Burns Wouldve been better off paying him and trading Burns
-
Why did he go from a DC to a defensive backs coach after 2017? the times he’s been a DC his team ranks have been really impressive
-
Allbright has had a rough go between the coaching stuff this offseason and the Watson stuff last season He needs to put himself in timeout for a bit He chose to be very vocal on both when ultimately teams have no idea what the other party is thinking. Denver felt good about Ryans and Allbright made it seem like it was done but now Houston is emerging.

If they hired Reich only to trot out Sam f’n Darnold again I swear to god
-
Describing what he looks for in a QB is exactly what CJ Stroud is go get him!
-
Yep I’m curious to see as well Lots of trades involving future 1’s that have blown up in teams faces the last couple of seasons Obviously the Rams have a Super Bowl to show for theirs so easily justified but still

3 1st rounders minimum

Bozeman is the only priority from that list. I think they’ll get something done with him It’s time to say bye to Shaq. We aren’t winning a Super Bowl in 2023 and he’ll be 30 in 2024. Restructuring him and kicking the can down the road makes little to no sense. However, I’m sure the Panthers will restructure him because it’s what they do
-
Now that we’ve hired Reich I’m seeing a lot of Carson Wentz in Will Levis And that’s not a good thing
-
What Reich was able to get out of Wentz was impressive. If you look at the seasons Wentz had the year prior and after 2021… it’s hard to imagine that dude ever throwing for 27 touchdowns with only 7 interceptions in 2021
-
Yeah… I know it was reported that he lobbied for Wentz but we also don’t know what the alternative would have been. So Reich may have wanted the guy he knew versus an unknown. Was it reported somewhere that Ballard wanted Ryan? Because it was beyond obvious Ryan was toast At the end of the day this hire makes sense for where this franchise is at. Ideally Reich finds himself a young innovative OC to team up with. Both the Panthers and Reich have been spinning their wheels in mud at the QB position the last several seasons. I truly believe that comes to an end this year and they do whatever they can to go get their guy
-
Frank’s success is going to depend heavily on who he hires as his OC imo In Philly he played second fiddle to Pederson and in Indy he had Sirianni
