    Or he might be happy being one of the lower echelon coaches. He will always have that chance I suspect. Not everyone wants to wear the crown and have the headaches that go with it.

    They were probably just attempting to up any potential trade value by letting him talk and show that he isn't a total whack job, as in trying to normalize the situation..

    Guy looked pretty in control for being close to sitting on the couch a few weeks ago and thrown late into a losing game against last years sb champs. Looks like he has a rocket of an arm. The int didnt help the sale though. This season is lost anyway so I see no reason not to start him next week just to see what he has. As a backup he almost has to be better than pj.

    Our first and 2nd stringers are just as horrendous. So when will you judge? 2 years down the road after a couple more qb draft picks this team will still be a poo sandwich unless we make some major major changes at seasons end.
