yeah I swear it feels like dejavu at times & i cannot believe no & I mean no one else is talking about the fact that we just did this exact same thing we are doing now with Bryce Young whenever we traded the Jets a 2nd & 4th & 6th round picks back in 2021 for Sam Darnold....just saying

you know what Sam Darnold & Bryce Young have in common besides having an almost identical passer rating there first season as a starter in Carolina? was that the Carolina Panthers thought that both of these Qbs could be fixed because Sam in NY & Bryce in his rookie season in Carolina had played behind one of the leagues worse oL & the Panthers thought well okay that's it then all we have to do is simply give these guys adequate time to throw the ball then yeah they would both look like that elite Qb who was drafted #1 & #3 overall & begin carving up NFL defenses especially if they had elite WR's & well we all know that the Sam Darnold project failed miserably & the jury is still out on Bryce Young & that history repeats itself...just saying

yeah this kid would be a big question mark that you draft knowing beforehand that he is going to be a long term project

yeah that's why the Giants paid s king ransom for Burns & the Rams were willing to part with 2 first round picks for his services

yeah I like the fact that he is young & cheap & healthy & is at that stage of his carrer where he could very well transition into a solid starter one day & all that combined sounds like a great plan B at Qb

I wish Carolina would have made this trade ...just saying

okay well it's so much easier to disguise your play on offense from under center versus the shotgun which makes it alot more easier for a defense to read the offense & distinguish between a run or pass. now with that said you do realize it is alot harder to block a defense of course if the defense already knows wether you going to run or pass the ball prior to the snap anyway well i did watch I was just probably looking at some different things than you were watching during the game...just saying

this team is not going to win alot of games this upcoming season if so it will not be because it has a well rounded & complete roster on both sides of the ball so with said if you are not just a player away say here & there from winning it makes no sense to draft anything but BPA

we have a really good oL in 2022 & a 1st round pick at LT who is healthy year in & year out & looks to be the 2nd coming of Jordan Gross & then go into 2023 thinking that our oL is one of our strengths & not weaknesses & move up in tbe draft to the #1 overall pick because we believe we can insert another Qb behind this oL & win .so who do we draft a Qb who can't play from under center & then we put these same group of guys on an island trying to block for this new Qb who is always lining up 5 to 6 yards behind the center in the shotgun formation so he can get his pass off easier & protect his fragile frame from injury & then it becomes one of the leagues worse oL so with that said anyone who doesn't think that Bryce Young had alot to do with the way this oL played in 2023 compared to 2022 is just simply choosing to ignore the obvious
