Lieutenant Dan what is your sole purpose as GM ? to do whatever you tell me, Mr. Tepper ! Lieutenant Dan you are a genius . that is the most outstanding answer i have ever heard.
-
idk it's just so hard for me to take this GM serious about winning if he really thinks Bryce Young is the future at Qb ...just saying
-
well honestly ALL these Qbs in the NFL are talented & can WOW you at times with great throws & sometimes even string those aforementioned great throws together & have great games.however ,what seperates the elite top tier Qbs from the average or below average Qbs is consistency can you just imagine being in the playoffs with a Qb like Bryce Young where the post season eliminates any room for error & rewards reliability & consistency. ...just saying
-
i am not complaining i am just stating the obvious i want the exact same thing you want & that's to see the Carolina Panthers win... just saying
-
yeah i am really stoked right now we have 5' 8" 180 lb Qb. who threw for 54 yards last season on 24 pass attempts & broke almost a 50 year old record for fewest passing yards in a game .& then barely for the first time in his carrer threw for 3k yards behind the most expensive oLine in the NFL w/ the ROTY at WR & the only team in the NFL w ×2 1k yard RB's from 24 & with all that we did not even have a top 20 offense ? sounds like the next MVP ...just saying

winning franchises such as the Pittsburgh Stellers & San Fransico 49ers are very good at strategic roster building & understand how critical it is to never be caught in a trap of focing development year after year onto a player just because of where he was drafted. & it happens alot in these losing franchises where they will do the complete opposite of a winning franchise & continually year after year foce development onto a player just because of where he was drafted ...just saying good grief
-
no surprise here whatsoever. Dan Morgan & David Tepper are 100% committed to developing Bryce Young moreso than winning it's really sad we have to do this every year at Qb when there are much better & cheaper options than this same never ending nonesense of trying to fix a 5' 8" 180 lb. Qb who will never have the physical attributes to truly compete in the NFL..just saying
-
losing franchises who have struggling front offices over invest in fixing Qbs they have alot of draft capital invested into such as Bryce Young.they simply do not know how to cut their losses in a timely manner winning franchises with successful front offices knows that it is critical to avoid the aforementioned trap of trying to fix a failed investment & force the development onto a player once again such as Bryce Young ...just saying

Where panthers draft ranked against Big Boards in 2023
bandu replied to electro's horse's topic in Carolina Panthers
go ahead & count me as #1 on that list please ...just saying -
there is one common denominator in the 2003 & 2015 Carolina Panthers teams they both had ELITE top tier Qb play. it would require a MVP type of season from Bryce Young to have the same type of success that Jake Delhomme had in 2003 & or Cam Newton in 2015 & lead this team to a SuperBowl is this going to happen or is there any reason to believe Bryce Young is capable of playing similar to Jake Delhomme in 2003 or Cam Newton in 2015 ? well no there is no absolutely NO reason whatsoever to believe that this is going to happen in 2026 ..just saying
-
well i can go ahead & almost assure you that there is no way humanly possible Bryce Young will be a borderline MVP candidate next season ...just saying
-
it's not so much this personal vendetta against the Carolina Panthers as it is more about Bryce Young never not once been in the same conversation with the top 15 or even top 20 Qbs in the NFL ..just saying
-
That's it. How do you feel about this draft class.
bandu replied to DaveThePanther2008's topic in Carolina Panthers
one word sums up this draft class is BIG really like the Lee Hunter pick...just saying -
Round 3: The Carolina Panthers select WR Chris Brazzell II (Tennessee)
bandu replied to rodeo's topic in Carolina Panthers
.Panthers have alot of youth at WR now & somehow have to figure out how they are going develop all these WR at the same time w/ Tet ,XL ,J .Coker ,Horn,& now Bazzell would have much rather went for need in round 3 like a TE ,Center, LB, Saftey if I am going to develop a player round 3 & beyond is when I start thinking need & development ...just saying -
Round 3: The Carolina Panthers select WR Chris Brazzell II (Tennessee)
bandu replied to rodeo's topic in Carolina Panthers
as long as Bryce Young is the Qb the team will have to continually invest alot of draft capital & money into the offense Bryce Young as your Qb is very expensive in more ways than one ...just saying -
SOURCE: Panthers #1 target is KC Conception
bandu replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
it's like this every year since Bryce Young has been Qb .just how many first round pass catchers will it take to help your struggling Qb finally develop into a legit starter ? ridiculousness...just saying -
LOL all the overreaction in this one thread is crazy af. even the current odds on favorite to win the Most Valuable Player Award this season Qb Matthew Stafford has a bad game.just here recently in a week 17 loss to the Atlanta Falcons Matthew Stafford threw 3 interception & one being a pick 6 .so what does this mean about Matthew Stafford ? & same thing with CJ Stroud alot of you all are ignoring the evaluation process whic is to gather all the facts pros & cons good & bad & instead irrationality jumping to the conclusion that somehow Bryce Young is better now or almost as good as CJ Stroud simply based off pretty much that one bad performance CJ Stroud had in a playoff loss to the New England Patriots just saying ...pfft whatever
-
CJ Stroud is your prototypical pocket passer good smooth mechanics with a great feel for touch & accuracy Bryce Young is just the opposite due to his height disadvantage he is a move the pocket passer with bad mechanics
-
LOL short & sweet is what I think of when i see BY or CJ comparing these two Qb's is like comparing apples & oranges...just saying
-
in the 25' draft the Carolina Panthers had hired Brandt Tillis someone who actually understood how to build a successful team & build through the draft . this team was yes mismanaged for years prior to Brandt Tillis joining the team in 25' & rarely done anything right in the draft outside occaionaly getting lucky on an UDFA such as Jalen Coker who's dad coincidentally happened to be a huge Carolina Panthers fan, hint hint ...just saying
-
if this is the excellent news then i would really really did i say really hate to see the bad news...just saying
-
no LOL i disagree i think almost everyone knew it was going to actually happen ? you are getting acceptance & approval somehow mixed up ? ...just saying
-
right now is actually the perfect time to trade Bryce Young while he is still on a rookie deal recover some of your losses & move on to much bigger & better things if not , you are just going to continue making an already bad situation worse ...just saying
-
a weak Qb room lessens the demand for Bryce Young to perform at a high level instead its more about progress & development & it also allows Bryce Young to get all the first team reps in practice & not be distracted by the possibilty of sharing reps with another Qb .it does alot more than that but my point being is that i believe Dan Morgan is fully committed to developing Bryce Young into the franchise Qb & will once again intentionally create a weak Qb room ..just saying
