Bryce is not a Fan of The Reaper Nickname
bandu replied to Butterflyj30's topic in Carolina Panthers
i am pretty sure the joke is on us & they are not laughing with us but at us when they say Bryce Young is the Carolina Reaper -
Bryce Young's success in the passing game relies heavily on the success Chuba Hubbard has in the running game .teams know they have to stop the run early in the game like the Cowboys & force BY to beat them with his arm just saying a strong running game opens up the passing game.especially so if your RB was the NFC player of the week
-
as i look at Derrick Henry & Lamar Jackson post game right now it makes me realize one thing in particular & that's that the NFL is defenitely a grown man's game...just saying
-
& what happens when Bryce Young plays a defense like the Cardinals & performs above average & then when̈ he plays a good defense like the Cowboys well he looks like an entirely different Qb. that's the thing with Bryce Young there is no consistency in his game & more often than not there is way more bad than good performances . so just saying is there enough good to ignore the bad ? i mean if you do not think any of this makes any sense then look no further than around the league at Qb's like Jameis Winston for example who yes has had some really good games in the past but at the same time Jamèis Winston is still a below average Qb who is very inconsistent & throws alot of interceptions
-
here we go again comparing Bryce Young to some NFL legendary Qb's .you can't just disregard his other 70% of bad games & get a true & factual picture of who Bryce Young really is as a Qb
-
they stack the box & will continue doing so because they know Bryce Young is not going to beat them with his arm.
-
Bo Nix is a rookie Qb & at the same time plays behind one of if not the worse oLines in the NFL right now the Broncos lead the NFL in allowing the most sacks at 51 so far this season & Josh Allen's Buffalo Bills have allowed the fewest sacks this season ...just saying

Panthers Commit To Bryce Young Being Starter For Rest Of Season
bandu replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
Hendon Hooker is a name that strikes me as an interesting option at Qb . i am just not sure the Lions would be willing to trade Hooker right now & almost certain they do not plan on cutting him anytime soon -

Idk what Qb until after these last 3 games & the draft order is in place < then the NFL combine is over & the senior bowl & the pro days, etc alot of the media & so called draft experts said the year Patrick Mahomes was drafted that this one of the weakest draft classes in years to draft a Qb ...LOL the Bears drafted Mitchell Trubisky who was the first Qb taken that year then Patrick Mahomes who was drafted #10 overall was the 2nd Qb taken & then alot of so called experts /media called it a reach because they had a second round grade on Patrick Mahomes throw that freaking draft prospect list in the trash can & don't believe everything the media is saying right now...LOL -

thanks for letting me know that but my money says otherwise ...just saying -

if Dave Canales benches BY right now then that tells me DC does not want to run the risk of injuring Bryce Young in these last 3 meaningless games -

okay we are in full tank mode now which makes perfect sense .Hopefully we can move up into the top #3 of the draft & draft his replacement...just saying -
well like I have said before I think we should start Brady Christensen at LT until Ickey has more time to develop.in best case scenario for Ickey right now is that he could play RT for at least a year before transitiong to LT but with Moton of course that is not an option
-
i am not even sure Ickeys pass blocking issues/struggles are coachable at this point & not more of a physically unable to perform situation
-
no as unfortunate as it might be or sound this has become the norm for Bryce Young ...just saying
-
like I have said before I would much rather us start Brady Christensen at LT. BC was a really good LT while in college at BYU & also has played LT numerous times since joining the Panthers & each time done a decent job however Ickey does in fact have a higher ceiling than Brady Christensen but the only problem with that is that Ickey is in fact not developing into the LT the Panthers envisioned he would become when they first drafted him several years ago so yeah the answer might not be the long term answer at LT but I also at the same time think that there is for sure a better option at LT already on the roster ...just saying

Scott Fowler on game, Young, Panthers. Not wrong
bandu replied to raleigh-panther's topic in Carolina Panthers
if the Panthers were able to draft Rourke on day 3 i agree that that would be a solid choice for a latter round Qb ...just saying -
still way to early to tell things change so much so often .at the beginning of the year it was Sanders Ewers & Beck as the top 3 prospects now it's Sanders Ward & up for debate who #3 is ? the Panthers at the very least should thoroughly scout the top Qb prospects with a top 3 to 5 pick in this upcoming dtaft & if Canales & Morgan feel good about one then draft the kid & let Canales do his thing that he is good at which is develop Qb's . moreover you still never know how good next year's Qb prospects or the year after that so forth & so on will be either . look at the Trevor Lawerence Zach Wilson & Trey Lance draft class & it was supposed to be one the best drafts in a very long time & what happened it turned out to be the complete opposite
-
yeah I agree Bryce Young has pĺayed better here & there not so good these past 2 weeks nor of course the first 2 weeks prior to his benching & even when Bryce Young played well at his best it was never nothing spectacular that left you saying wow ! ALL the Qb's on this list would honestly look better on paper if i subtracted 2 or 3 of their worse games & some would look ALOT better than they actually are ...just saying
-
i have a good feeling that Dave Canales wants to quote in quote get HIS GUY at Qb in this upcoming draft & here soon rather than later move on from Bryce Young
-
let's say if i took all the Qb's on this list & subtracted 2 or 3 of their worse games then i can almost assure you they would all look like better Qb's. on paper it's called cherry picking stats ...just saying
-
LOL those other games count no matter how you want to do the math...just saying
-
what would be easier get a better Qb or continue trying to build an all pro oLine at every position & all pro WR corps along with Chuba Hubbard's big well deserved contract in order for Bryce Young to be maybe just one day finally becaome a decent Qb ? no just go get a freaking better Qb or at least try & move the freak on out of this madness.because another thing if you continue to do this you will also never have any money to spend on defense
-
alrighty then I will just have to agree to disagree that Qb is way more valuable to the overall success of a team than a cornerback or edge or LB or anyone on the defensive side of the ball & no one trades up to #1 overall pick to draft a corner back or edge it's always a Qb tbecause that's the one player who can have the biggest impact to the overall success of the team & 9 out of 10 times if you have a really bad Qb you are going to also have a really bad team when you bet there is no one player that moves the line as much as a Qb because once again he is the most important player on the team ...just saying we need a Qb is all
-
oh my goodness gracious Bryce Young is in fact the biggest problem we have right now did you ever watch the Houston Texans before they drafted CJ Stroud a couple years ago or even the Washington Commanders last year prior to drafting Jayden Daniels . or let's try another example one you are probably more familiar with was the alst time the Panthers were in the Superbowl & Cam Newtin had Mike Remmers starting at RT & then Michael Oher at LT & then on top of that Cam also had one of if not the least talented WR corps in the NFL & even with a bad supporting cast of players on offense Cam Newton was still able to win the MVP that same year & almost win the Superbowl ...just saying
