Hope Baker keeps it up, for what it’s worth he seems to rotate between good and bad seasons… 2018 - 27 TD’s & 14 INT’s, 93.7 QB rating - Baker played good ball but the Browns defense really poo the bed, not unheard of for a rookie QB to be turnover prone. 2019 - 22 TD’s & 21 INT’s, 78.8 QB rating - Baker’s turnovers kept the Browns from being competitive 2020 - 26 TD’s & 8 INT’s, 95.9 QB rating - Best year of Baker’s career, led the Browns to the playoffs 2021 - 17 TD’s & 13 INT’s, 83.1 QB rating - Between the turnovers, injuries, and all the commotion about whether or not Baker can be a franchise QB, this was probably his worst year 2022 - ??? - It seems it’s time for another Baker breakout year

Yep, Necas’s QO isn’t even factored in and we still only have just under $2M in cap space. One of Gardiner, Bear, or Marty is going to have to go to even get Necas in.

Well… for the most part Corral looks comfortable back there, but there’s definitely going to be a learning curve in regards to reading NFL defenses.

Two years ago, when Mayfield had a really solid year, Higgins had 600 receiving yards and 4 TD’s. I think that’s fairly in line with a rock solid WR3. I’d also agree a lot rides on Robbie not being complete ass this year. We need him to get back to his 2020 ways.

Figured as much, I don’t know all the nuances of the laws surrounding pot and gun charges but I imagine that they aren’t as serious as Damien Wilson’s charges.

Doesn’t appear that there is any new info on his legal issues but I’d imagine since he’s out on the field practicing that he’s got a chance to make the roster.

Wouldn’t necessarily say that… He was good at KR’s but his average compared to Abdullah’s would have only netted the Panthers 5 yards, as far as PR’s… Erickson was muchhhh better. 5 yards isn’t exactly worth wasting a roster spot, especially when the majority of kickoff’s go for touchbacks. Shi Smith only got the opportunity to return one kick last year but if he (or Saunders) shows out in preseason as a returner then Roberts is gone.

Man, didn’t realize how bad Ferrell was struggling. I’m not sure he’s better than anything we already have at DE/OLB (Burns, YGM, Haynes, Barno, Luvu, Wilson, Smith, etc.).
