Yeah, I’m with you, gotta see four quality games to end this season to convince me that he deserves a fifth year payout. I just can’t see this guy, with his limitations taking the team on a deep playoff run. Hope he can prove me wrong, extremely pessimistic though. Good thing for BY we are in poo division.

No one is unhappy to be above 500, but to be kissing BY’s jock strap is unreal! His performance is a roller coaster, mostly on the downhill side. Show me Some consistency over the next four games, I might change my mind. Show me his ability not to choke, or throw passes everywhere except where the receiver is, put up consistently good numbers and I’ll hop on the train. Until then the jury is still out as for him to be the future of this team. We are not fighting to win the Super Bowl this year, we’re trying to find out who is going to be the future leader of this franchise.

Say what you want about Reich, I like the guy, he’s much too professional to drop to Teppers level and start talking poo or spill the beans on his relationship with the FO or the Teppers.

Man I totally agree, half the playbook is gathering dust because of our QB, but we’re not using the proven weapons that we have, totally frustrating.

It’ll be extremely hard to bring an elite coach into this dumpster fire, not to mention having to deal with the Teppers. So yeah, fix the QB problem and then deal with coaching if need be.

I’m trying to figure out if he is a solid OC, his game plan and play calling suck, that’s what a good OC is supposed implement week in and week out. I’m just not seeing it.
