Tepper has been on a PR tear since the end of the season and its clearly working. Tepper was at the Super Bowl along with Bryce and Tet. Both him and Bryce were on McAfee that week. You know they're putting faces in places to be seen after a successful (semi) season. They were recruiting free agents.
