Meanwhile, over at that other expansion team...
Mr. Scot replied to Mr. Scot's topic in Carolina Panthers
I'm not, and neither is he. -
I remember Grogan... somewhat. Didn't know he'd be on this list. Ditto Bubby Brister but no Fran Tarkenton?
-
My expectations aren't super high. But those teams are crap.

The Cowboys offensive line committed zero penalties
Mr. Scot replied to Eazy-E's topic in Carolina Panthers
I'm not so sure they don't. With the number of teams now and the schemes/talent at the college level not being what they used to, building a dominant line is harder than It used to be. -
I wouldn't. Feel like we should be at least 4-1 if not 5-0 against that lineup.

Not dancing up against a random chick at a party?

Evidence would indicate he's not the sharpest knife in the drawer. There was a story that his wife liked some social media posts criticizing him (don't know if it's true). -

His wife and kids might disagree. -

Didn't they have Lawrence in an AEW video earlier this year? -

At this rate, that might be a valid option. That tweet might be...a tad suspect (if you read the whole thing) I think there's an actual video of him apologizing but I haven't watched it. -
I e said before that I think the plan was to sign stopgaps this year and build the OL via the draft. Still looks that way to me.
-
...things are getting a little weird At least the issues our team is dealing with are football related Trying to remember, did we have some Urban Meyer fans on here some years back?
-
That's not coffee in your cup, is it?
-
Outside of Chinn though, you're talking backup/rotational roles. OL is generally a full time starter.

A critique of Darnold through 4 games
Mr. Scot replied to LinvilleGorge's topic in Carolina Panthers
No argument. But with that said, next year's QB class isn't looking so hot and we might not be in the best position to draft one. I know from Jeff Howe's recent article that so far they've been pretty happy with him and are thinking extension if he continues to progress. (not necessarily blockbuster extension, but extension) -
In this case, we're talking about more than one layer. You had the starters, then you have a vet backup in Dennis Daley. Daley's still living off a prior rep, in my opinion.
-
Possible but I hope not. It took a few weeks to move on from Greg Little, but they did.
-
We don't know that yet.
-
Who still has to know his assignments.

I'm sorry but this isn't a winning record team.

Lemme think about it... No -
I'm not against it. That said, holding a rookie out till you feel he's truly ready is a valid coaching decision too.

No One, I'm not betting a car payment on something this silly. Two, what assurance would I have that random internet guy would pay up anyway? With that said, I have no real reason to believe you have an inside source, so I'll just wait on an actual report. -
Games last 60 minutes.

Second round guard. Third round tackle.
