  1. This is one of the strangest lists I have ever seen.
  2. Yeah, I have no desire to replace him until he starts showing signs of physical decline. Let him help develop our offensive players and identify who our future core will be there.
  3. I mean, we are not even in the same zip code as a playoffs discussion. We need significant roster upgrades at multiple positions for that. That's not even taking into account that we have multiple PS players getting significant time.
  4. Yeah, when they said heel I immediately though Achilles. If so, I think he hangs it up. Very sad ending, if so.
  5. I called that one. Daniels was my dude.
  6. Diggs is expensive, declining and on the wrong side of 30. Getting rid of him was the correct decision. But they didn't do an adequate job of adding additional WR help. Coleman is not a dude. That should have been obvious to anyone. Shakir has been a nice surprise.
  7. No trades for players, thanks. Keep the draft picks. Trading players to get draft picks, that is a different story.
  8. Well currently the QB is better than the WR's. That will need to be fixed eventually.
  9. For us, yes. He is definitely the best QB we have had since Cam's shoulder got destroyed. By a wide margin. However, he is also 37 and in the twilight of his career. This has an expiration date and it's likely sooner rather than later. If we can get through next season(assuming he resigns) then we are in good shape.
  10. I am so glad we didn't draft Coleman.
  11. His faults are that he leans gunslinger, so he will take gambles and turn the ball over. Don't forget he almost threw a DTD inside our 10 yard line in the 2nd half. That's the downside.
  12. Damn Lamar. No reason to take that whallop.
  13. Unfortunately, he has a rich history of being a playoff choke artist. Until he gets that monkey off his back, his legacy is going to have a significant black eye. It's a shame. It's rather inexplicable.
  14. Yeah, the biggest hurdle is really going to be the FO finally earning our trust. If that happens, I think the ascent out of this abyss can be started in earnest.
  15. I am not sure there is really enough to qualify as a foundation. But I see blueprints, at least.
  16. The offense isn't flawless either. Still room to improve there. This roster is at least 2-3 years from being a competitor but there is a small glimmer of light at the end of this tunnel suddenly. It's important that we just keep building on it and not end up tearing it all down again, as we are wont to do under Tepper.
  17. Call me crazy but I am not seeing Henry being able to maintain an 87 ypc average. Just too old, IMO.
  18. Well, there is some sense that we aren't utter chaos. We are bereft of talent and have a mismanaged roster but the coaching seems sound. That is a first in a long time.
  19. Or they might just keep giving people hope and ripping it away from them. That's a scary proposition come playoff time.
  20. Fields is another one that is unlikely to be much more than a below average starter.
  21. They should probably be pretty concerned they just seem to be able to turn it on and win.
  22. The Darnold thing is the biggest smoke and mirrors show there is. Keep watching and you will see. The tape don't lie.
