  1. I don't care enough to communicate with the dude anymore . I said my opinion about how Rivera and the players deserved more credit for the past two years and he responded in kind with passive-aggressive replies and fabricated accusations . I get enough of that from women . I don't need it on here . So he can continue his passive-aggressive crap with others and have a nice life
  2. You're wrong once again. I believe you have me mistaken with someone else. I was pissed about Gettleman's lack of emphasis on OT in the offseason. I wasn't whining about last year's draft picks, but I wanted us to pick an OT. Sue me. I said I didn't think the draft was going to be very good, but I went out of my way to point out that I hoped I was wrong, and a lot of it hinged on KB. I also admitted I was wrong about the 2010 draft, on which I was sold. Unlike you and many on here I own up to when my predictions are wrong, but I won't own up to false accusations and BS. I liked the KB pick and the Bene pick as well, which for someone who is "uninformed and out of touch with reality (Just say what you really mean, I won't wipe JR's or Gettleman's ass like you will), that's pretty good predicting. And if asking about, post-Boston, how many safeties we would carry was whining, sorry. So are you a condescending prick by nature, or did it come with practice on here?
  3. I'm of the mind that what has been accomplished the past two years is a credit to more than Gettleman. I believe Rivera deserves more props than he gets, and so do many of the players (Cam, Luke, TD, Olsen to name a few). I think Gettleman has done quite a few good things since he took over. He's not, however, completely infallible as some seem to suggest by their blind faith in him. Personally I've never had such faith in any one Panther figure, though Thomas Davis probably comes closer than anyone else in that regard.
  4. I would go so far as to say 80%. He has an incredibly high approval rating right now. I'm not knocking him but damn.
  5. The only thing you can be certain of is the Huddle will love Gettleman's pick.
  6. Again, to be fair, if Gettleman made the same pick, people would say "BPA!! Gettlemagic!"
  7. At this point Gettleman could pick a quarterback from Southeast Oklahoma State in the first and many of you would be like "BPA! Gman! That's my GM! Bup Bup Bup"
  8. It's Ryan Dunn of TV's "Jackass" fame behind the wheel of a Porsche. It's comparable to having a .gif of James Dean driving Little Bastard, only he wasn't heavily intoxicated when he died at the wheel of his sports car, unlike Dunn.
  9. Yes. I figured somebody else would've explained by now
  10. I'm not agitated at all. I'm just sitting back and appreciating your fandom. MKG averages a little over one assist per game, so you've got to take that one out of your argument and find something else. I don't doubt that I'll get a notification from you soon, though, telling me that I don't understand the sport because I find your favorite player to be overrated. That's really all it is. I don't hate him. He just gets more love than he deserves. Part of it is the fact so many people on this team suck on defense that really, you can only count on Kemba and MKG to bring it on that side of the ball, whether they get scored on or not. So I suppose that's part of the reason people love him.
  11. LeBron can actually contribute a whole lot on both ends of the floor. Unlike ya boy, who I think is a promising kid but is vastly overrated. LeBron's repertoire includes offense beyond rebounding, the occasional drive to the hoop or the more successful-but-not-where-it-should-be jumper. So no, he doesn't suck. But it would be stupid of a LeBron fan to sing his praises the night after he choked, too. I don't get how that's a difficult thing to comprehend.
  12. You don't know the English language if you didn't see that I said MKG was the best defender on the team. And yes, MKG choked last night at the line. Just like he did against Miami, and he had to be bailed out then as well. He cannot be counted on down the stretch to score points when he has the ball. Now hold on other fanboys, I'll get to all of you. Gotta get some work done in between answering your love letters.
  13. Today's probably not the best day to defend a guy who missed two clutch free throws last night that could've cost us the game, had Mo Williams not bailed him out.
  14. Kemba had a legitimate shot at getting the last All-Star spot before he injured his knee, and that's despite having a less-than-stellar start to the season. Having said that, I know the chic thing on here is to diss him.
  15. No way. I don't understand the love affair fans have with this guy. (Not that you and I have ever agreed on anything, but that's beside the point.) He's not bad and he's a good defender, the best on the team. Even though he "held" Carmelo to 61 points last year. But best player? Nope. He's not a go-to guy, he's not a scorer, he can't take over a game. He will never be an All-Star. He will never represent this team in the Olympics. He's lovable for reasons I don't understand, especially considering he's Gerald Wallace without the scoring ability or consistency. But far be it from me to mess with the MKG Fan Club that exists on here and another board.
  16. At this point it's just obvious that Chuck has never watched a Hornets game. Or, for that matter, any NBA game. He just regurgitates what other mouth-breathers say about Kemba or Zeller while slurping MKG and fawning over the "next big thing" like Myck Kabongo.
  17. There is some truth to this. However, Gettleman seems very stuck in his ways and I could see him going low with an initial offer. As I interpreted that story, that could fug this team from the very beginning. I hope he's not that stupid.
  18. I will be pleasantly shocked and very relieved if Gettleman offers what Cam wants. I expect a lowball and for him to bolt.
  19. Gettleman is a gambler. He will take his chances here and probably wait until after the offseason is over. It's a stupid gamble, but one he will take.
