Once again, you're making assumptions on what Teppers impact upon the team really is. Tepper has nothing to do with the fact we're 0-5. So no matter his "involvement level," it's not going to stop our players from making mistakes. It's not going to magically heal our injured players. Players must hold themselves accountable. This is also a side affect of such a young team. I guess you thought there wouldn't be any growing pains. So obviously we're losing because our owner and HC are having weekly meetings. Blaming the owner, the HC, at this point is throwing poo at a wall and seeing what sticks.

Who cares what is normal, most owners come across like they don't even care if their franchise ever wins games, as long as their making money. fug that narrative.

Having a meeting is pretty vague. So many assumptions are being made on what is happening in these meetings. I have zero issues with Tepper being in the loop. I'm thrilled we have an owner who hates losing as much as he does. Seems like he hates it more than many fans say they do. So I see a damned if he does anything, and damned if he doesn't mentality with most of our fan base.

I really don't agree with the idea that Tepper is meddling and controlling the team as many here suggests. I know there isn't many owners like him. He likes to be in communication with the men he trusts to run the team. Nothing wrong with that. Frank wouldn't coach if he couldn't do what he wants to do. No head coach would. Well, unless you coach for Dallas. I understand that the team has failed to get better since Tepper has owned the team. There has been tremendous turnover in players, and coaches. Until our oline can consistently protect, we will never see the true potential of any offensive system we run, doesn't matter whom is calling the plays. A lot of effort has gone into assembling this staff and roster. I am wiling to wait to see what it looks like with execution across the board, and keeping the self inflicted mistakes (penalties) to a minimum. Tepper wants not just a winner, but a consistent winer. Which this franchise has never had. No matter how you personally feel, that doesn't come easy. Let this young team come together.

Nope.

Yes, because we are oblivious? Shut your dace with such insane accusations.

The QB always receives more credit than he ever deserves, whether that's in winning or losing. Keep the excuses coming though.

Funny thing is, nobody is wearing Bryce Blinders. Don't let that stop you though.

Thank you, Good Sir. Thank you.

Albert Breer on Panthers trade deadline strategy
pantherclaw replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
Good luck any of that happening. -
Nothing Steve Smith said was untrue.

No argument there. As far as weekly.meetings, that is far from meddling. That's just an owner who gives a damn. Guess we're better off with one that doesn't.

Calling it - the Bryce Young trade is the worst in team history
pantherclaw replied to TN05's topic in Carolina Panthers
Honestly, not even close. -
If your boss isn't happy, any meeting with him would be challenging. Good pick up there.
-
The staff have been very transparent that Young was their guy.

Albert Breer on Reich, Tepper, Fitterer and Ben Johnson
pantherclaw replied to Mr. Scot's topic in Carolina Panthers
Meddling? Or pushing the staff to do their best? Is that the same to you? What the fug does it even matter. -
I have zero problems with him having good communication with the staff. I doubt he's being controlling as much as he just wants to know how they're addressing the issues.
-
Tepper isn't a quitter.

So in these meetings, he's controlling the schemes? The playback? The coaches on what they coach, how they coach? He's telling our players to not execute? To get hurt? It's a shame so much stupidity is even acceptable.

McDaniel: Bryce is a baller with a bright future
pantherclaw replied to NAS's topic in Carolina Panthers
What is he suppose to say? Gawd this drivel gets old. He doesn't have to say a thing. He doesn't. He could just gloss over and move on. -

I enjoy watching Byrce play. I don't enjoy the nonstop injuries we're dealing with across the oline, more specifically, at the 2 guard spots. The attrition that we're experiencing at the positions is insane. -
I don't get caught up on the what it's. I know it's human nature. I'm happy for Stroud, happy for the Texans. That franchise has suffered much since it's inception. I'm also not wavering on Bryce. He's not the problem.
