I am seriously being realistic as hell, I would put the probability that the next coach last 4 seasons here at about 5%. That’s where I am right now. I mean Nicole Tepper is involved in football decisions? Things are bleak folks

I was going to say it depends on these hires at coach and GM but not really. Bryce will def fail here if these are bad hires and could fail anyway. We have given up on QBs for a quick fix before and that is not working. Stick with Bryce and build the team until he is clearly not the guy. Even if that is after next season. This team on offense is hilariously bad. We have no talent which is incredible considering we have been bad for a while now

Wow, you have done your research. I can just say that CJ is without any question looking better than Bryce at this point. That said, I don’t think that makes Bryce terrible or something we should give up on especially after 1 season

These 2 hires are without a doubt going to tell us all we need to know about the future of this franchise under David Tepper. If these are yes sir people we aren’t going anywhere. Period

Totally agree Ben Johnson has better options and as his first head coaching gig he would be very shortsighted to take this job. I like Mike Vrabel personally but he is also too smart to come here

This job is the least attractive of all these openings by a mile. Be prepared to be disappointed folks

Man, why have you given up on a guy with obvious character who endured 62 sacks and had obviously no offensive talent? I mean that was an amazingly impressive rookie season when look at the big picture This for me is the most glaring example of going to a team with good infrastructure and coaching. Jordan Love sat 3 years and looks great. Bryce in 3 years with a decent organization will be amazing

Bryce Young was absolutely GREAT before he got here. This organization has failed him so far. A 22 year old player cannot change this

Again, weird. If you really expected Bryce Young to dominate on this team you are completely delusional. He is 22. I was chasing ass and getting into all kinds of poo at 22. This guy should have led us to greatness. CRAZY

Well he is actually a very hard hat worker that grinds. Great coach. The way this world is going fans will give a coach 1 game
