  1. Barton or JPJ are worth a sec9nd rounder. For our offense, not sure the WV kid is, van pran in the late third.
  2. I only became a panthers fan because I followed Cam. As a guy growing up in Alabama, pro football really is secondary. When Cam was winding down I wasn't sure I'd keep following, but Brown being here did it for me. I love the dudes that are model citizens and who's parents raised them right. Derrick Brown is the type of person who should be raised up as an example to kids. Not these guys out clubbing and acting like fools....in other words me in my 20s. Nothing wrong with being "boring" and stacking that bank balance.
  3. Just say No, to Bo. I'm an Auburn fan. Guy was a headcase at Auburn. Doesn't handle pressure well and cried about fans being mean to him. Hard pass.
  4. If the refs would have called it, Auburn would have beaten LSU in 2019. Their OL were holding every play and he still rag dolled their candy asses.
  5. The blood lines are what I like. You know he's gotten coaching from his relatives with pro experience. If he is there in the 3rd, run to the podium
  6. No. I want consistency. how can you have that if a guy can only play 10-12 games a year. He's a great talent, but you can't build on a shaky foundation.
  7. Lol. Point well taken. But bruce had guys like this at bama and managed to take advantage of them.
  8. If ad mitchell is gone, you take Franklin from Oregon. Opens up the offense, gives room for the other guys to work.
  9. According to Carl Jung, Archetypes, in spite of their conservative nature, are not static but in a continuous dramatic flux. Thus the self as a monad or continuous unit would be dead. But it lives inasmuch as it splits and unites again. There is no energy without opposites! Sounds like he's a fan of BPA.
  10. Frankly, the clowney signing is one thing. I think as long as the team doesn't have to go into hock, fine bring in Gilmore but we are not a playoff team so no need to reach on contracts.
  11. Well we've already got the fool and the hanged man covered, I'd prefer a hero or two. Perhaps an old sage too.
  12. we need a WR (thielan and DJ are likely gone after 24), C (corbett is a total wild card and will be gone in 25 regardless), DE (may totally implode), CB (our only real threat cant stay healthy to this point), and LB (need a third to rotate in and eventually push shaq out the door) in that order. the first three will play significant minutes the fourth hopefully can play a lot of minutes, hopefully not because of an injury to Horn. LB really will be a depth piece at this point but a position we have to prioritize in the 25 draft, along with a real TE threat and need to hit CB again.
  13. Fair, my point was even with that his long term average is not far off of what we paid. So a slight overpay for a position we absolutely had to have. I'm cool with it.
  14. Yeah but only looking at last season is misleading. His average salary the previous four years (not last year) is around 9.2 million, so it's not that far off. One of those years it was 12 mil, so removing that it's like 7.5 to 8.
  15. I get sean lee vibes, ILB for the cowboys. 2nd rounder, long career --- but didn't play many complete seasons. Buy when healthy a top 5 lb.
  16. be interesting to see how they make the cap work. here's the way having tepper is a benefit, he'll pay top dollar for non-player personnel. if you arent an ahole that can be a big draw. hopefully that contract wiz we hired is gonna do some things.
  17. i saw that, but as a counter point they have Derrick Brown's market value at 11.7 annual. which is of course lol.
  18. Is he more of a 4-3 guy? I know he's not a blitz specialist, but I'm not familiar with KC defensive scheme.
  19. yikes, looks worse than the DE options.
