  1. I mean he was cut from the Chiefs who have WR issues as well.
  2. Woods and Bell aren't allowed to play together
  3. @CamWhoaaCam listen up I have a perfect scenario for you. We suck these next two years (seems likely) and land ourselves the top pick in the 2025 draft. Which QB do you think that could be? Sanders! Also we will hire a new HC. Which HC would want to coach Sanders in the NFL? Prime! We roll out with Coach Prime and his son with the top pick in the 2025 draft for our full reset! -Disclaimer- this post is half joking and meant strictly for entertainment purposes.
  4. That GM seems to be an issue. At some point Tepper might realize it....
  5. If we keep playing this horribly, I'd be ok with promoting Deuce to HC and letting Reich go. Give him 2024 to show us something and in 2025 we can do a full reset if needed.
  6. Without a doubt. They would have traded Fields for picks and drafted the Luck/Lawrence QB.
  7. I mean no one matched our offer which wasn’t a huge amount for a top QB pick. For example if the top pick is available this year (with Caleb or Maye) or when Lawrence was in the draft you would see a lot more action and a lot more compensation.
  8. It was reported (whether people believe draft reports or not) that some GMs had Young completely off their draft boards due to his size. I mean it did seem more than not had him at number 1, but who knows the truth. Like you stated no chance all 32 had him at the top or there would have been a bidding war.
  9. Yeah I mean it was known he wanted Fields, but Rhule drafted Horn. It’s still kind of strange we even know who the owner wants/wanted to draft though…
  10. We could have stole him for a 4th AND he was a local kid. Great for marketing/ratings and a great arm.
  11. Nah I cut him from my fantasy team so he will have a decent (for Miles) game like he did Sunday.
  12. 2 different circumstances. Both have terrible OLs, but Washington has a better OC and weapons by a good margin. Plus Howell was able to sit a year aside from that last game. I also think Howell should have been a first round pick and was a steal for Washington. It is very alarming that Young regressed a lot last game. It will be interesting to see if he bounces back Thursday or continues to regress.
  13. It's hit or miss, making it inconsistent which means it's not an accurate indicator of the season.
  14. When Bell is healthy he is solid. I kind of like Hill too. Trading away Moore and switching the OL scheme just killed our offense.
  15. Evero is up and coming so was Brown (still needs more experience). I don't think many teams are going to pluck any of them away from our mess of a season. I wonder when was the last time an assistant from a bottom tier team got offered a HC job somewhere else?
  16. Harbaugh might punch Tepper in one of their meetings.
  17. Deuce would work! He would absolutely have this team playing fired up similar to Pierce in LV right now and what Wilks did for us last year. Give him 2024 to put his stamp on the roster and see what he can do. If all else fails we can do a full reset in 2025.
  18. Who on our staff is next in line for the interim-HC job?
  19. I feel like there is a very similar path with the possibility of Evero and Morgan taking over in the offseason or earlier to see what they can do before the full reset in 2025.
  20. They stack up favorable to Burns. Sweat is not quite as good at pass rushing, but better at run defense (should be cheaper too). Young could be great, but has injury issues.
  21. I think we could have used that 2nd round pick on a pass rusher plus signed a decent one. Hell we could have traded for either of Washington's pass rushers and still had those 1sts.
  22. Yeah having similar ideas for offense and you are mad the offense looks similar???
  23. You are missing the point. I don't care if you like Brown. I like Brown and Evero just fine. The blocking we are using is the same blocking Brown learned under in LAR. I'm just stating there are obvious components of a Brown offense in here as well, and the OL might be the worst part of our offense. The whole collaboration thing Brown was talking about lines up. All you have told me about Frank is he runs shotgun a lot which we were going to do anyway with Young. You have to stop trying to hijack these threads with your old repetitive arguments.
