  1. DJax is the big X factor. If he can play close to before his injury then we should be good there. If he is a fraction of himself then CB is a weakness.
  2. Remember we signed McCray who has plenty of starts at OG as well. Starting to build some OL depth.
  3. 10 QBs in the top 150 is pretty crazy for a draft. I think they said 1994 was the last time that happened.
  4. We need ILB depth plus Young would be familiar with him
  5. Still a lot of CBs, some good but smaller LBs in Sewell and To’oTo’o.
  6. Yeah it’s a mid/late 3rd that’s a potential pick. He is a big physical pass rusher that will work nice opposite of Burns. Evero is going to love having Burns, Barno, Haynes, and now DJ rotating in to keep fresh pass rushers out there.
  7. Yes Evero picked him. There is a video of him getting on the call full of excitement. DC picks defensive players. Makes sense.
  8. Thanks @WOW!! now all I see is Zack the Power Ranger when I look at this man….
  9. All you have said is not to blindly trust the staff. I’m just saying not to blindly trust the Kipers and McShays either. It works both ways. It’s really not that big of a deal.
  10. So you are appealing to the ESPN authorities by assuming he was a reach right? Just because some analysts had him ranked lower he must be drafted in that round or lower? Tell me how much film have you personally watched on him or are you just reading what other people have said and assuming it’s right? If so aren’t you “appealing to authority?” It’s a freaking 3rd round pick. If he can become a contributor it’s a win. If not it’s not the end of the world.
  11. We aren’t appealing to authority. The “authority” isn’t reading this. I’m just willing to wait and see on draft picks and a brand new staff. It’s ok to gamble on mid/late 3rd rounders. It’s really not that big of a deal.
  12. Appealing to authority? The staff isn’t concerned if people on a board love the pick or not. It’s not going to change their mind. I’d rather just wait and see.
