    McAdoo can’t scheme them open quick enough and Sam can’t handle pressure. We need to replace both (Sam’s fine as a backup).

    Backup is fine. A CHEAP backup would be ideal. You can find plenty of inconsistent backups. NO has one playing right now.

    He is just so inconsistent. You can’t have that at the QB position…

    Which is why we need a decent OC. They can scheme guys open. The QB is also a disaster. 2/9 for -4 net yard and an INT is unacceptable. If we want to give him credit when he throws check downs an Hubbard takes it 40 yards he gets some of the blame here as well.

    Someone posted the worst we can get is 9 (which is where we are at) and the best we can do is 6 with some help from other teams.

    If I had to guess I would say Harbaugh wants full control and to pick his GM. I don’t think Tepper wants to go down that road again. It makes sense with a proven coach like Harbaugh, but I’m more than ok with that being a deal breaker. There is also a chance Fitt has been told he will get a chance to be an actual GM with Rhule gone. That probably isn’t possible with Harbaugh.
