Yeah apparently covering isn’t his specialty…

Overthrow by Herbert from a clean pocket. A few huddlers freak out when Darnold does that…

    Perryman has looked pretty good…
  4. Moton looks fine to me. Darnold likes to roll out behind him when he gets pressured. I know rolling to the right makes sense because he is right handed, but it’s also safer than rolling behind Erving.
  5. I wish that you would step back from that ledge my friend….
  6. Yeah our depth isn’t good yet…
  7. It’s just where we are currently at as a team. Dominating bad teams at home (Jets), beating bad teams on the road (Texans), beating good teams at home (Saints), but are going to struggle against solid teams on the road. Especially when momentum shifts and we have injuries. Hopefully we will get better as players come back and we get more experience.
  8. All seems more than fair. I’m sure part of it is his internal timer freaking out when he has the ball more than 2 seconds and this isn’t a bad thing (you don’t want him hanging out too long with the ball in his hand), but he has to learn how to handle that. He seems way more comfortable rolling out and throwing off the run. I wouldn’t mind seeing more QB roll outs designed in our offense (especially since out line sucks). Kind of make the defense guess where he is going to be and keeps his legs moving. Hopefully he will keep developing and process quicker as he spends more time with this offense. So far I’ve been pleasantly surprised by him.
  9. Maybe when he is rushed it’s more of throwing the first guy open. When he has time he is still processing our offense and who he should throw to vs what the defense is doing. He does seem to play best when the play breaks down. It’s a new offense/scheme so hopefully this will get better as the season goes.
  10. I was very hesitant about trading for Darnold, but he has played great and I’m thrilled about it. I hope he gets better and becomes our franchise QB. I love being wrong when it’s in the Panther’s favor!
  11. Our D was somewhat exposed. It didn’t get its usual penetration…
  12. Keep in mind Gooby was trying to tell me Darnold held Gase back while coaching the Jets. That he had plenty of talent and Darnold was the weakness. He is a strange poster and has been waiting all season for Darnold to lose.
  13. I’m definitely critical of him. I was pushing for Fields in the draft because I didn’t trust him. But he has played fine this year. He had a bad game where the whole team poo the bed and you start acting like he can’t win without a stacked team. Bad throws will happen, especially when QBs are getting hit 11 times in one game. I brought in a MVP to the conversation to show how dumb it is to overreact after a bad team performance. I saw one pass he overthrew this game (to Robby). That’s just football…
  14. The point is even MVPs overthrow players from a clean pocket. He also has a good line, weapons, and a great pass catching RB in Jones. How did Rodgers look when the Saints dominated his line like the Cowboys did to ours? Did he throw picks? Overthrow targets?
  15. Jets just beat the Titans. I know they are bad, but wins are wins. The Saints were missing some players, but outside of Lattimore and their center, no one that crucial to their team. Hell we were missing CMC, Horn, YGM, and Burris against Dallas… but no one is making an excuse for their win.
  16. Rodgers over here leaving TDs on the field. Overthrew Tunyon in the end zone and had to settle for a FG.
  17. It wasn’t the same line…. That’s the point. The tackles got injured and he got crushed in the SB because of it. They traded for a new LT this year (because he struggled without one) and have been meh… *you’re a clown
  18. Yeah he might start 3-1 without those things. Terrible…
  19. Aaron Rodgers just overthrew his TE from a clean pocket. Terrible…
  20. I know right? I’m literally watching Big Ben overthrew JuJu from a clean pocket as I read this. Underthrown is an INT, so it’s either overthrown or perfect. When QBs are constantly getting pressured overthrows are pretty common. They are rushed while avoiding the INT.
  21. What do you want to go by? TDs? Completion %? Yards? Wins? Let me guess we will just use your “eye test” because nothing else backs your nonsense.
