  1. We can't possibly know. I know it is not wise to disagree with your boss. Some suggest the Teppers were the push for Bryce. We can't know. I believe he is doing better now than Fitterer, that is the evidence I focus on.
  2. I think there is more of a push behind Bryce than he is allowed to overcome right now, especially given the investment has already been made.
  3. Bryce was a Fitterer pick. I do believe more could have been done to bring in competition. Most GMs are hit and miss.
  4. The fact that you think I have an agenda on something so silly is ridiculous. I am just going to let you have this, because it is clearly important to you. You came here after not being here since May and are claiming it is not your fight to fight? Not everyone is out to get you. If you feel that way, seek some counseling. Have a great day.
  5. We still don't know what happened. You provide selective context. What was the supposed reasoning for the "mistake"? I was trying to help you understand since you seemed confused and entitled. If it isn't your battle to fight, why are you here fighting it?
  6. I only have what was provided in this thread. I was giving you a potential reason since you seemed to be outraged it happened. I assure you, no one cares about this sign situation here as much as you do, bro.
  7. It matters because you brought it up like it was relevant. Until you provide a logical counter to the potential obstruction of other's view angle, that is one reason it could be against the rules and they were made to comply. They got away with it for years. Congratulations. Doesn't mean it wasn't always a problem. It just means someone finally said something about it.
  8. Just given? That was when he played for the cowboys and references his first career touchdown. Meant to quote @Doc LRB
  9. He went to gather chairs to conveniently toss in a pile in front of the camera. Bad actor.
  10. You are still ignoring my completely logical and valid explanation. Why do they NEED to have the sign in the laps? Let's just ask a direct question.
  11. I hope he takes that bet. Let's at least be entertained by your negativity.
  12. Ignored my perfectly logical points and explanation as well. Apparently these people should be special for some reason.
  13. Cringe is a pretty common word. Resorting to insults like this is the immature thing in my opinion. When you have kids, time stops for you on many things and language is one of them.
  14. Ok. I see that signs may not obstruct others view. That seems to be a pretty large sign, and since they are in the front, if they were to hold it up, I feel it would obstruct others view. I don't see the point in holding the sign in their laps. If I were in securities shoes, I would just tell them to put it up, so that I don't have to keep a constant eye on them because not everyone listens and will just wait until I turn my back to raise the sign again. I see no point in holding a sign on your lap where it can not be seen unless you are just waiting to break the rules again. The amount of time they have "gotten away" with this is still irrelevant. For all we know, someone complained they could not see because of the sign.
  15. So what about their sign is not compliant or causing the issue according to the rules? Them always having it, or the amount of time they have had it, or their loyalty to the team is not relevant to this situation. To be clear, I know next to nothing about this situation, just trying to clarify. I have no dog in this fight and am emotionless on this topic. If you are breaking a rule, you do not get special treatment just because you have been here breaking it a long time.
  16. Maybe I am missing details or context here, but I am not even sure what we are talking about.
  17. Hard to tell around here brother. Thank you for clarifying. Carry on.
  18. This is the type of terrible attitude I hate about this place.
  19. iT's AlL bRyCe YoUnG's FaUlT!
  20. Nah, not everything. We have plenty of positives. We have one of the best CB duos in the league. Hell, Jaycee Horn being healthy alone is a positive. We had a good draft this year. We have a decent o-line and that position group has plagued us historically. We are seeing good play from our TE group recently and we were worried about that. I can keep going, but I know y'all prefer pitchforks.
  21. I was one of the guys pulling for bringing in Minshew when that was a thing. Don't know how he's doing or if it is still possible as all I watch is Panthers ball. See man, this is all I want. I would much rather have some discussions like this about what we could do than everyone standing around yelling and trying to burn stuff. We have a lot of positives going for us, even though it doesn't seem like it. (One of the best CB duos in the league, solid o-line which we haven't had in seemingly forever, good recent draft with a GM that has the ability to find some gems, two of the most promising RBs on paper from last season, just to name a few.)
  22. I actually wanted Howell coming out of college. Jameis is a hard one for me to get behind personality wise. I like his play style though. At least it is exciting. I could get behind a plan like that.
  23. I mean you are making her watch this...my wife is asleep, and I can't blame her.
  24. I just don't want this place to be all doom and gloom. Not like it is going to change anything. We actually had a pretty decent draft this year imo. If there is going to be complaints, why not actually make logical suggestions for change that can be discussed instead of this we shouldn't have done this or Tepper should sell the team stances? Hindsight and complaining are not beneficial.
  25. I would love to see what you deem examples of that.
