  1. Hopefully he is trade bait next year. He’s good but we have enough corners. I’ll take a 3rd round pick please
  2. 54th all time in passing yards 44th in all time passing yards 5,581 rushing yards 75 rushing TDs 25th all time
  3. I could not have said it better. I didn’t watch a second of the game today and am still sad that this staff has ruined the joy I have watching the team play.
  4. That looks like normal QB stats for us
  5. The Panthers have already embarrassed me enough, and I lost my mojo after attending last weeks beat down at BOA. I will not be watching today for the first time since the Clausen season.
  6. Absolutely…and the bad thing is if we draft a QB, how are we going to invest in the line? We have no draft picks and we could tell from this past offseason that you have to pay crazy money to even get scrub level talent like Elf who is graded as The worst pass blocking center in the league.
  7. “The Panthers would have traded for Watson without a civil settlement” What a disaster that would have been. Imagine having 22 lawsuits and charges possibly coming against you and saying “nah I’m good” to a team willing to trade for you with that baggage.
  8. I don’t blame any QB looking at what dumpster fire we have going on, but it’s sad that two vet QB’s literally said no when we were trying to TRADE for them.
  9. Article: As the Dolphins stand within one game of making the long climb act to .500 after a 1-7 start, they came very close to having a different quarterback during the ongoing five-game winning streak. Per a source with knowledge of the situation, 18 of the 22 plaintiffs suing Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson for sexual misconduct during massage therapy sessions were ready to settle with him in late October. Four holdouts prevented a deal from being done. In turn, that prevented the Dolphins from trading for Watson. Miami owner Stephen Ross wanted Watson, but only if Watson settled all of the pending civil actions. Without 22 of 22 resolving their claims, the Dolphins wouldn’t do the deal. The Panthers would have traded for Watson without a civil settlement. However, Watson decided not to waive his no-trade clause for a ticket to Carolina. The litigation against Watson has otherwise progressed, quietly. Depositions of the plaintiffs have begun. The goal is to question all plaintiffs under oath before Watson is questioned, at some point after the Super Bowl. At some point after the Super Bowl, we’ll likely know where Watson’s career will continue, if it indeed does in 2022. Wherever he is, the financial stakes become much higher next year, when Watson’s salary spikes from $10.54 million guaranteed to $35 million guaranteed. https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2021/12/17/18-of-22-plaintiffs-were-ready-to-settle-with-deshaun-watson-four-holdouts-blocked-trade-to-dolphins/
  10. At least Elf showed great tape before we signed him. You can’t blame the coach for that right? Ray Charles could see this coming. Dude has been terrible everywhere he’s gone but we threw a big contract for someone who isn’t even a decent backup.
  11. I’d rather have him for three years than Jackson. Potential vs proven results is something that has always killed us. I’ll forever cringe at the decision to sign Kalil in FA over Andrew Whitworth. He is still killing it and said he has no plans to retire if the Rams still want him.
  12. Tahoe Whitehead once had 132 tackles in a season at MLB
  13. Lol the culture is as bad as the last season with John Fox. Players are already making excuses week after week and blaming everyone but themselves. I said it before and I’ll say it again, Cam Newton is the only person on the team taking responsibility and he’s been with the team Less than a month. We have a major culture issue and an even worse game plan/adjustment plan.
  14. We have Zero impact players on the team right now other than one who will be a FA after the season. Trade anyone….if it can help us get closer to an OL and a young developmental rookie QB.
  15. Agreed. What whispers have you heard? No doubt in my mind that they are correct, he seems like a genuine know it all that hasn’t produced anything on the NFL level. The only stamp he has had on the team is lying. All fans know when he says one thing, the opposite will happen every time.
  16. No question it sums up Matt Rhule and this season
  17. Always excuses. This team is a dumpster fire. I was at the game today and it was a joke…the stadium atmosphere and experience is god awful and no one was into the game.
  18. That’s actually something to strive for. That’s a long time since they had a 5 game loss streak when we seem to have it every season now
  19. Have you heard anything from anyone inside the org on what they think of Rhule almost 2 years in?
  20. He continues to say things like this yet refuses to allow him to play unless we have a minimum of 4 major injuries on the line.
  21. Absolutely. Ray Charles can see that we are horrible throwing the ball
