  1. I mean, we could always draft another mediocre rookie, right. Yes, the '25 QB class is about as 'meh' as it gets.
  2. Good, now Byrce knows how I've felt the past 18 games watching his sorry arse play.
  3. Get weapons and draft the QB in '26. Load up the roster, then get your QB. Hmmmm, this sounds so familiar. Yes, "wait another year." I'm baaaaaack!
  4. 100% agree. Saddle Canales with a rookie QB nest season--rinse and repeat of the past couple of years. If Canales can get us to around .500 with a JAG veteran next season and show improvement with Dalton this season, then we can move forward with a rookie in '26 knowing he's our coach for the foreseeable future.
  5. We gotta find our next Peppers and this draft has two pass rushing studs. It would be a shame to pass that up for a middling QB.
  6. Agreed all except the Allar. But even if it's that close in reality, I'll be satisfied.
  7. 2026 draft. https://media.video-cdn.espn.com/motion/2024/0914/ss_20240914_204321727_2639348/ss_20240914_204321727_2639348_360p30_1464k.mp4
  8. Of course he will because it's the wrong fugg'n move.
  9. Keep an eye on this man, Nico Iamaleava from Tennessee.
  10. Trade back, get more capital at skill positions and wait until 2026 to draft a QB. Let's try this again and don't FUG IT UP THIS TIME! (45catfans' playbook for the 2023/2024 draft that the team totally screwed up).
  11. South Park red rocket? If you haven't seen the episode, it's when a dog is on it's back and gets his belly scratched. Presto! Red rocket!
  12. Plain and simple, the guy plays scared. Can't win like that.
  13. One completion over 10 yards and that barely was so.
  14. The bold I will agree with. Ickey struggled because of the revolving door at IOL, being put on a island with no help and with a rookie QB who held onto the ball too long that also flushed himself into sacks. Ickey had his own struggles, but they weren't isolated and were a result of dysfunctional, under-talented, beaten up, supporting cast.
  15. Ah, the ol' college tape. Still hung up on that are ya?
  16. Passing for 2 TDs and moving the offense for 27 points isn't too bad for the backup in his first action of the season. You know, for the guy that hardly gets any first team reps and usually just hold a clipboard. ZERO picks in those 58 attempts as well. Has Bryce ever gone a span of 58 passes without a pick?
  17. I'm not even expecting a win, just wanting a competitive football game. Wow, how low my expectations have fallen. lol.
  18. A few games earlier than I thought, but after yesterday, it had to be done. If Bryce had passed for over a 100 yards and manged a passing TD, he probably survives another week.
  19. Look at last year in a road game at Seattle (tough stadium) with a poo supporting cast. Arguably the best the offensive game last year.
  20. The entire OL had issues last season, mostly due to interior line play. The reason Morgan overspent on two guards. My point is Ickey took most of the flack for Bryce and the OLs failures. With a revamped interior, Ickey looks just fine, but the offensive struggles still continue.
  21. Great vets, no. But good ones, yes, there will be plenty. Anything approaching .500 football would be a breath of fresh air. That all starts with simply competent QB play.
  22. FA is where I'm at. That or we pick from either Baker Mayfield or Teddy Bridgewater clones in the draft. I'll pass on those.
  23. How are you a sub-60% completion QB when your adjusted net yards per attempt is 3.44???? Fug that barely 10 feet!!!
