I think his arm strength is a big part of it. He has to have a perfectly clean pocket and time to setup to a take even a moderately deep shot, if he doesnt it is wildly inaccurate and shot puck looking like we have seen so far.

I dont ever see BY lining up under center for a significant amount of snaps. He cannot do it or we would be doing it by now with half of the season gone. It doesnt get much easier than throwing most of your passes 5 yards or less. Most bootlegs. and roll outs require you to be under center as well. Stroud has a decent OL, his weapons were garbage before he got there. They never produced anything. Guys with NFL level talent can elevate the players around them. Game managers with high school level measurables dont.
