Taking us. Bryce’s biggest issue is starting slow, it’s inexcusable and needs to get figured out but I think it’s out of his system now with 2 road games. I expect a clean game from him at home, TMac coming out party, Chuba over 90 yards, and the D gives up a ton on the ground but shuts down the passing game and we win a close one.

They do have a great chance to win again, I think their biggest risk is a locker room issue which a star WR not getting the ball is probably the biggest catalyst to that happening.
-
We prob win the next 3

Not gonna start a thread on this but AJ Brown seems pretty unhappy. I wonder if they lose a few games if they’d be willing to listen to an XL trade + a pick for AJ. Opens up cap space for them, and I do think XL could have a really solid role on that offense. TMac + AJ would be a top 5 WR corp

That’s fair but I can’t knock him for accepting the money our FO offered him.

Lmao give me a room full of JAGs if that is your definition. Shaq was a dog

Same ppl who say you can find RBs all day late in the draft and UDFA

I’m glad to see we are at least acknowledging the problem even if this most likely isn’t a huge upgrade

Jeanty is so good man

You see, this is why I'm more critical of Dave Canales

Yeah I mean maybe. But I also don’t think any HC in the league comes out and trash talks their DC even if behind closed doors he doesn’t want him. I think the cracks started showing last week with his comments over playing younger guys on D -
Getting rid of Slowik was a bad decision. Their roster is awesome on both sides.

Welp, this is with no context obviously, but 2 games in both Stroud and Young are 0-2. Bryce has more yards and TDs but also more turnovers.

I really don’t think Dave is allowed to pick his defensive staff -
Gross negligence

This one play sums up how horrendous and little he cares https://x.com/justblande/status/1967538285942808675?s=46&t=ID24LbHaAiOwVOmMGHXcTA

Watch the film breakdowns if you want to really get mad about it. Some absolutely pathetic attempts on run blocking and running coverage away from intended receivers. He doesn't seem to care at all about being a team player, it's pathetic.

I love T-mac but where is the impact from this year's draft?

To be fair, Kyler is one of the hardest QBs in the league to get a coverage sack on -
Sounds like the same injury that took BCs 2023 season
-
I’m not positive he can read
-
He is safe through end of season. I don’t think he has 3 years guaranteed but I also don’t think Tepper would do another mid season firing

Not with XL. That dude is legit ASS

The bar is insanely low, but I was somewhat happy with defense. Held them to under 300 total yards and 20 total points, some of that coming on very short fields. The biggest screw up for them today was giving the TD right before end of half but we did get screwed on the no catch ref call so I’m sure they were packed in for the half then had to go back out there.

jb2288 replied to Super Grateful's topic in Carolina Panthers
It’s just who he has. He gets in his head and it takes him entirely too long to get loose and just play. Others will say it’s his size and physical limitations, which are a factor, but I really think it’s in his head. Unfortunately it’s a horrible trait for a QB -
