In 5 years he’s fired Rivera, Rhule, Wilks, Reich, Hurney, McCown, Staley…

NFL owners shouldn’t be doing press conferences/interviews. Period. Get out of game day operations and hire someone qualified to do that for you. Why has he not learned?

Yeah but 100 pounds lighter. And teeth no way. A big cat would destroy any human if it came to it. One bite to the neck…

List of all the bad things Tepper has done
HardcoreHokie replied to TeppersEgos's topic in Carolina Panthers
List the Top-10 BEST things Tepper has done in 5 years. (Even more depressing.) -
A panther, jaguar, cougar, or mountain lion will probably never attack a grown human. We aren’t on their menu. Lion or Tiger…you better get the fug outta there ASAP. That said, I wouldn’t try to pet a grown Panther.

Revisit the crime scene and relive the moment.
HardcoreHokie replied to BenjaminBreeg's topic in Carolina Panthers
Watching this again is so sad in retrospect. Why is the owner so involved in the Draft Room? First, he sits in between Fitt and Reich and Nicole is doing most of the talking. He calls every drafted player immediately and tells them some great story. ”Steve Smith told me to draft you, Jonathan Mingo” “Bryce, remember that time we met and I said we were gonna draft a QB?” Dude this is not what an owner is supposed to do AT ALL. That’s next level bad. -
Iowa is one of the more overrated teams in a long time. You can’t score 0 points three times (91-0 against those 3 ranked teams), average 11 PPG the meat of your season, and be ranked #17. B1G is so overrated.

Only cat I adore more is the Jaguar. Jaguars hunting Cayman on the Amazon is pure unadulterated entertainment. Killers of all killers. But the Black Panther wins on pure beauty.
-
Game Over I have a 9 pound house cat and she’s a killing machine. Can you imagine a 6-foot 120 pound big cat coming at you? Those teeth and those claws…you’d be done if she wanted to, I don’t care who you are.

Tepp could give $1 million dollars to 2,000 people and still be worth a billion. Think about that.
-
Serious question: If you were the 91st wealthiest person in THE WORLD at $21B (there are 8 billion people in the world)…Tep could buy-out 20+ billionaires. …what would you be doing…and why would you be in a visitor box in Jacksonville throwing your drink at a fan? Like go buy an island, buy whatever friends you want, and live your greatest life, never encountering another human you don’t want to. You’re running your own world. I don’t understand some of these egos…. You’re done, you made it! Why become a low-hanging fruit for Stephen A. Smith?

I don’t know how he’d do it but this has been widely know for a while now. Maybe Amazon gives up the Thursday night games, maybe they get sold to someone else, or maybe the NFL just puts some terms in an agreement (Panthers can only be on Thursday night once every two years, etc?) If there was any doubt it could be done, I’d think it would’ve been brought up when he pursued the Commanders and now the Seahawks. Just sayin’

Bryce completely outplayed by CJ Beathard
HardcoreHokie replied to Sean Payton's Vicodin's topic in Carolina Panthers
And the other CJ (Stroud) is about to take last year’s 3-win Texans to the playoffs. -
“Jeff Bezos didn't bid on the Washington Commanders, but that might not be the end of a possible NFL relationship. According to Pro Football Talk's Peter King, the league is "lobbying Bezos quietly, but hard" to purchase a team. Furthermore, King seems a good opportunity arising with the Seattle Seahawks likely the next franchise on the market.”
-
Bezos wanted to buy the Commanders but Dan Snyder wouldn’t sell to him for political reasons. He’s now had his eyes on the Seahawks because they’re likely to be sold in the next few years. NFL owners really want Bezos to own an NFL franchise. Amazon is coming at the NFL hard with Thursday night Prime games and likely more to follow-suit. Hopefully Jeff is seeing the current train-wreck that is Carolina along with today’s debacle(s) and throws Tepp a sweet “make 50% on your initial investment and get out of Dodge” type of deal. Best case scenario for all, IMO.

Longer view of the tossing episode
HardcoreHokie replied to raleigh-panther's topic in Carolina Panthers
Watching it again, it’s the same guy that’s standing at the front of the box before/as the water is thrown. He’s wearing a Panthers sweatshirt. Walks back up and pulls out his phone, that’s when Fitt sees it and walks away. -

Will be interesting when they identify the fan. Was it an adult or a kid? Hard to see from that angle. -

Yeah now that we clinched worst record, it’s official that we spent two #1 overall picks on him. Has that ever been done before? -
The person most pleased with these Broncos Front Office developments? David Tepper. There’s only one owner(ship group) in the NFL richer than David Tepper…and that’s the Walmart/Walton family. Yet they are rookies even compared to Tepper (Broncos were purchased in 2022) and appear to be meddling even harder than Tep. Go read their message boards and see how their fanbase thought that having an owner with super deep pockets would be such an advantage to them…yet it has already backfired in just the first year. Sound familiar? Tep was THE headline 3-4 days ago, but now magically…POOF! All clear. There’s a new owner to roast and it’s a way worse situation.

I found a Broncos message board if anyone is interested. And yes, it is as bad as I suspected. That fanbase is losing their minds right now… Broncos board
