  1. WHOA! BLAST FROM THE PAST! How's the milk cartons been treating you?
  2. And they literally only had 3 on the line prior to that snap and still stopped it. fuging embarrassing. I feel bad for every player on this offense and the team for that matter. The coaching is just so fuging bad.
  3. Just look at that creativity. Way to get the guys going early!
  4. Have I mentioned how much I hate this coaching staff?
  5. Why not just turn up field, Ian??? I just don't get it man. Who are you outrunning horizontally?
  6. That 20 game streak of not allowing an opening drive score really further illustrates how bad our offenses have been.
  7. There's no more discouraging white flag waving move that boldly exclaims you're happy spinning your wheels than your own retread. Having experienced Rhule makes it easy to appreciate even average over complete assville.
  8. Man, Harbaugh better be glad he's Harbaugh, because he's going to face a lot of questions after today. What a horribly managed game late.
  9. Usually with you on most things LG, and I know you've been ready to hit reset on the whole thing, including Fitt for awhile now, but I can't agree on this one. Personally, I really just want to see Fitt with full autonomy without the influence of Rhule's dumbass. I believe in him, Morgan, Sulaiman and the other personnel staff. They have a great track record in their previous positions in the league and they have plenty of connections league-wide, which really helps. I am convinced (although I know that won't convince you lol) that most of our problems are wholly and solely due to Rhule and his cronies. And as far as Fitt being handpicked, I also respectfully disagree. He wasn't even on the list to be interviewed initially and was a last minute addition. IIRC, he only got interviewed because he basically called himself to set one up. He was an afterthought, and apparently only got the job because once he got the interview, he wasn't scared to bust Tepper's brass balls. So, again, I still have hope. If we rid ourselves of Rhule and we still stink, then I would likely have to admit I was wrong, but I just don't think that will be the case.
  10. That was a WEAK, and I mean WEAK personal foul. Those were also the kind of calls Cam NEVER got.
  11. Damn, Seattle putting up 41 points on Detroit???
  12. I respect Harbaugh, but I have no effing idea what they were thinking there. That playcall looked very McAdoodoo-ish.
  13. The Ravens are a hell of a organization, and were especially under Newsome. That being said, I still believe in Fitterer and would like to see what he does free of Rhule's dumbass. So I would be hopeful.
  14. Don't get me wrong, drafting is THE WAY. If you hit on a rookie QB, there's no better way to build a team for cap and assets. And rarely ever do real franchise QBs become available in the league. But I agree, I would definitely entertain the idea for a guy like Lamar. It more likely than not would be worth it. Love some of the guys we have picked like Horn and Ickey, but I think it's a lot easier to find guys to plug in at those spots than a franchise QB. And they're doing a good job of supporting my theory that even elite players that aren't QBs just don't make that much of a difference without the actual QB in place... but obviously, as we know, coaching also plays a big part in team success.
  15. That's scary about your dad. Hope he's doing well. I read a statistic a couple months back that they've found early follow-up studies have shown some ridiculous increase in cardiac issues/events in the first year after covid.
  16. Having a premiere QB also helps fill those holes even with fewer assets, as more players will take less to come play with an elite QB. It's why I dont get all distraught over the idea of the trading picks for a guy like Lamar. And it's why I've always argued, if you can, you have to figure out QB first, because it makes all those surrounding pieces so much easier to fix versus having the supporting cast in place and needing to find a franchise QB. All the supporting cast can be A-1, but if you don't have a legit QB it's not going to matter (see: us since Cam's shoulder injury).
  17. That was a really low pass lol
  18. I'm just saying, if we were willing to trade what was rumored for Watson, I don't see why we wouldn't offer the same for Lamar. And imo, I actually think for some reason, Lamar would actually command less than Watson in the trade market. I'm OK with the lack of playoff success because I think a lot of it has to do with their team construction. All that being said, I would much rather keep swinging at college guys until we hit, but considering we'll likely be in middle-first-round purgatory for the foreseeable future, we likely won't be getting our pick but rather what's left (See Matt Corral). But, I admittedly am a fan of Lamar as a player, which is also what makes the idea of acquiring him exciting.
  19. Yeah, hard to get 250 and TDs when you struggle to even get the ball beyond the LOS.
  20. Bradberry is having a good year, and I suspect it's going to stay that way with how Slay has been playing opposite him.
  21. Man, Josh Allen is Cam-lite. It hurts to watch. Thanks Rivera, Gettleman, and Hurney!
  22. Yikes. I love me some Mike Tomlin, but I think that streak of winning seasons comes to an end this year.
