    I guess you can at least argue Fields but if he does drop then the value of pick 8 probably close to doubles what it normally would be. I would make Denver throw in their 1rst and maybe 2nd to move up one spot.

    I've said all week that its brutally apparent that the staff doesnt want to invest the ungodly time in trying to develop Lance. Its going to take years to get him up and running and seeing how Brady probably will be gone in the very near future, its just not worth it no matter the upside.

    We dont know that for a fact. What qb's in the nfl now could develop with these factors against you? Weird injuries, terrible coaching, terrible oline, terrible weapons and thrown straight to the wolves at the age of 20 from the jump with no acclimation period. 56 starting lineman in 3 years.

    I doubt he slips by ATL, Cincy and Miami. Pray its a qb heavy draft with trade ups, pray the skill positions go early (chase and Pitts) and maybe we get lucky Sewell drops to us

    This is a great post. I just think Lance has to go to a team that has a clear plan for him. His lack of reps and game experience is going to be really hard to overcome. 2-3 year project at best. I guess the staff figured we didnt have the time or stomach to figure that out
