in that scenario I would be fine with tet but I doubt a second round edge rusher is going to help this defense all that much for next season unless we hit gold with the pick I think Walker or Graham immediately elevates everyone around them

Couple things about bowers. Yeah he had an absolute insane year. But he is faster then warren and has really good route running skills to go with it. Something that warren gets knocked for. Plus Bowers was targeted 153 times, 9 per game which is slightly outside of the top 10 in the nfl. Not saying he isnt good, because he is outstanding but sometimes you have to put things in perspective when comparing other players. ****and when I say you not meaning you specifically BH just people in general

He may be the greatest TE to ever play when its said and done but fans should storm mint street if he is drafted by us. But spoiler alert he isnt going to be.

you are not wrong just saying that Tomlin may feel like he has to do something drastic this year. And at 21 we probably would be able to still get a good pass rusher or probably either Golden or Tet

I dont like him at all as a prospect but basically everyone acknowledges he can probably start day one and if he gets adequate protection he can probably win games. His ceiling however is a bit limited IMO. He probably is already better then fields and probably can be as good or better then 2024 Wilson towards the end of the season. Does that win a play off game, I doubt it but Tomlin cannot take that chance at this point in his career

Its extremely well ran and well coached. So much to the point they are having to draft scrubs like Pickett and sign old vets like wilson to try and shore up the qb position. At some point they have to take a huge swing because Tomlin wins too many games to get a chance at a top prospect

Feels like the saints have him targeted at 9, which makes pick 8 $ I want walker bad and I know Tomlin is lights out in the reg season but that is a haul that can really accelerate our timeline

My take from the last 2ish seasons the qb position has severely crippled them in the playoffs and Tomlin may have to do something drastic to change that.
