  1. well thank god XL was technically a first round pick!
  2. Who says you can't have a good jump scare after halloween ends? But in all seriousness I can't believe we got a fourth for him
  3. Ickey at LT and Brady as Center / Swing position player is more valuable to our team IMO
  4. That's fair but signing a veteran like Justin Fields to a one year deal and drafting defense with our first is always an option two. I personally don't think these QBs this year are top 10 worthy selections
  5. Saints subreddit basically views Bryce as a hero lmao
  6. Oh don't get me wrong I don't think Bryce is the longterm answer by any means. But people want us to draft Cam ward 1 overall. I'd much rather build the team up this offseason
  7. well yea if they get something worthwhile for him than yes I'd pull the trigger but I can't see a team offering something high for him right now. Russini said on her pod we'd likely get more for him in the offseason anyway
  8. But it is funny to me that Chicago fans are finally realizing that Moore is closer to a WR 1/2 than a true blue number one WR I'm talking like AJ brown, JJ, Hill, Chase type WR. He isn't in that group. He probably isn't even in the group after that. he's likely the 15 best WR in the league or so (which is good!) but Chicago fans acted like they got prime Jerry Rice from us
  9. Honestly though a WR trio of DJ Moore, Coker and XL would be lethal. That being said he just signed a contract extension in Chicago. He would have to be traded and I highly doubt there will be a reunion in Carolina
  10. The bottom line is bryce looks vastly better than weeks 1 and 2 and there is no reason to not play him moving forward. There is no downside. If he starts sucking again we are right back where we are right now. But if he can continue to improve (even if he will never be a top 10 QB) we can build the team around him and bide our time till the right QB becomes available.
  11. At this point every win feels like winning a playoff game so I don't blame people for being excited
  12. I got banned from that subreddit a long time ago for saying that Marty Hurney was stupid for giving out two giant runningback contracts so glad to see they are still delusional
  13. I'm not going to tolerate Chuba slander on here. Guy has done nothing but work his ass of since getting here. When he first started he was a timid runner who always went down on first contact. Yesterday he had a game winning touchdown run on a cutback where he broke multiple tackles
  14. The combination of Matt Rhule, Scott Fitterer and David Tepper might be the worst in the history of the league or at least in the convo
  15. This is better than our last three drafts combined under Tepper. Look it up if you don't believe me
  16. HUH? Joe Burrow was a four start recruit who went to Ohio st. You're reaching here
  17. you could stop your draft after pick 43 and that would be a HOF draft
  18. Hence the rarely part. Joe Burrow by all accounts is a scouting anomaly and also had one of the best college football seasons of all time.
  19. He played better today than he has in a long time, maybe ever. He still has issues of running into pressure and at times refuses to push the ball downfield but at least he showed accuracy today that hasn't been there earlier this year
  20. I heard Jim Nagy (head of senior bowl) say something insightful the other day. He basically was like prospects rarely jump up more than three rounds in a season. So basically a guy that is graded a 6th round pick even if he has a great season usually only moves up to a third round grade. Apparently Cam Ward had like a 6th round grade prior to this season, is he really all of a sudden a first round prospect, much less a number one overall pick? This draft to me just feels like the kenny pickett year
  21. I propose we trade Bryce for Arich straight up. Would the colts do that? Highly unlikely but A rich at least has the physical tools to be an NFL QB and we could bring him along slow while we build up the rest of the team
  22. But the real problem is that David Tepper is likely still pulling strings behind the scenes which again is NEVER going to be a good thing
  23. While I hate the Dionte trade I don't think it's call Dan a bad GM yet. He revamped our offensive line in one offseason - yes the defense suffered because of this but we KNEW that was going to happen. DJ having an unpredictable blood clot and Derrick Brown gettin hurt made that decision look worse. The draft is still TBD, although it's very possible he got four contributors to this team in the first four rounds which is FAR better than we've done in like almost ten years of drafting. You can't rebuild Rome in a day. Dan was faced with a near impossible task. I still have faith in him
  24. Jets have more longstanding misery than us but if you asked me to trade situations I'd take the Jets over ours. Their roster is much closer to being competent than we are Again we are the least talented team in the NFL
