We really are a fourth down stop, a bad call on a Jaycee fumble and a ball caught in stride by Johnson away from being up 21-0. That's how close these games can be -
LT also a serious consideration in round 1
-
I think this is going to be a year where there are no good round 1 QBs but there will be some suprise QBs in rounds 2-3 that end up becoming good starters I am still fully team: trade down and take edge, wr or CB in round 1. If someone like Milroe magically is available in the second take him for development But i want to build a good football team first

this. someone leaked it on reddit and ton of people bought levis at like +700. Vegas in turn lowered his odds in the event that guy was right so they didn't hemorrhage money -
fair but I think he could be a player on the rise, Minn had him covering a lot last year would love to see him in primarily a pass rushing role
-
we really need Wonnum back, for at minimum obvious passing downs. Another edge that can get to the QB would be really big for this defense
-
would have felt better about this game if Cincy had eeked out a win against Washington. They are going to be desperate and are clearly the more talented team. PLUS Cincy has notoriously gotten off to slow starts every Burrow year. I can just see the headlines now of Cincy gets right against the Panthers. That being said if the offense plays like it did last week we can definitely win this game. But this has all the makings of a we get our hopes up game only to face a really good team

do not like the feeling of this. O line has been this team's bright spot all year. Zavala next to Ickey scares me to death

If he somehow falls to the second (doubt that happens at this rate) I would sprint to the podium with the Rams pick. But I really want us to trade down in the first this year. Continue to build this team w/ more draft picks and talent elsewhere. Not a huge fan of just assuming we are a rookie QB away -
by trading and not resigning Burns he was able to sign both Lewis and Hunt. able to net an extra second rounder with the Rams / get Brooks and was able to essentially get Mike Jack with that extra NYG pick AND a fifth next year I'll admit I wanted to resign Burns but when you can turn one starter into potentially four that's good business
-
Bryce's camp know he is done here and is definitely pushing these trade rumors. Makes Bryce continue to look like the "aww shucks, I'm just a good guy"
-
I thought about this too and would 10000% sign off on this even with Trevor's contract. Canales may be able to turn him into an MVP candidate
-
Chuba has turned into an above average NFL back, I'd put him somewhere around ~the fifteen range. and yes that counts as above average as most teams play two backs now consistently

Is it to early to revisit the Corral vs Malik Willis debate?

Matt and KOC have cemented themselves as top 5 coaches this year. They are doing phenomenal jobs -
Hamstring injuries are notoriously difficult to come back from, the fact that Adam is getting an MRI is not a good sign. This likely isn't a tweak it's probably a partial tear. I wouldn't expect him back for quite some time Lewis is maybe more cocerning IMO. Zavala being next to Ickey still gives me nightmares
-
amen to that Chris. amen to that.
-
that would be a dream I'm just still hyper pessimistic and nervous given how much we've struggled for the last season plus

One of the best plays XL made today imo wasn't even a catch. Dalton lofted one out of bounds over his head. XL was able to change direction and track the ball like a center fielder. That is actually much more difficult and not natural for a lot of guys. It's also a good sign that he has some potential that's untapped there. I am very excited about him moving forward, he may be our Nuk Hopkins (not in terms of player comp but a very very good WR drafted at the end of round 1)
