That's a very simple way of looking at it. He's a mismatch player that opens things up for others - and makes plays that aren't there for others. He's a cornerstone of the franchise, but he's not the entire offence. Brady needs to adjust.

I'm yet to see Arnold make a tough catch. You can't just be a finesse seam running TE - you need more to your game than that, especially if you can't block.
