  1. They must think he's the next Butker....
  2. Probably waived the other kicker again
  3. Panthers: 24 Jets: 13 Darnold: 25/38, 292 yds, 2 TDs, no INTS CMC: 18 car for 113 yds, 1 TD, 5 rec for 42 yds, Robby: 7 rec for 87 yds, 1 TD DJ: 6 rec for 74 yds Arnold: 4 rec for 38 yds, TD Marshall: 3 rec for 51 yds
  4. And then Christensen and Brown come in and never look back
  5. I know that they have a bunch of scrubs off the street at corner, and DJ and Robby will have a field day against them.
  6. Cut his ass Roll with Daley and Brown as the starting Guards when Elflein inevitably falls flat on his face.
  7. What are you talking about? We have Denzel Perry....oh I forgot Where's Corn Elder when you need him the most
  8. We want Moton-Daley-Elflein-Brown-Christensen Yes, I have more confidence in Elflein at center than Paradis.
  9. Deonte Brown time baby. How many weeks until Christensen takes Erving's job, too?
  10. Good thing there's about as good of a chance of me suiting up week 1 than this happening.
  11. Lol you gotta change that title, I thought this mean't he signed with us and was back in Carolina.
  12. None of this matters when *checks notes* bryce hall and... brandin echols? Are getting toasted by DJ and Robby.
  13. Dude, good lord, it's done. We aren't intersted in him anymore, team sources confirmed that. Time to move on.
  14. Only Brian Burns and Dennis Daley are left from that 2019 draft class, and Daley is lucky he's still here, if we had any sort of O line depth whatsoever, he would've been long gone. At least we have Burns
  15. I still a little suprised by this, but not really. He was clearly outshined by the younger guys, Marshall and Smith def. passed him on the depth chart with their preseason performances.
  16. So who's the number 3 running back now? They already cut Smith and Brown, and Cannon is viewed as more of a WR by the team. I guess they'll put Brown back on the PS when he clears.
  17. Seriously, what do we still need Ian Thomas for? obviously we are never going to throw it to him, but its not like hes a good blocker or anything. Just try and trade him for another 7th, if no takers, just cut him and roll with Arnold, Tremble, Ricci. Saves over 2M in cap space too.
  18. I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again. Moton-Daley-Paradis-Brown-Christensen by midseason, after this stupid experiment inevitably fails miserably.
  19. Ian Thomas and Pat Elflein next For some reason, this staff doesn’t realize the obvious, which is that Moton-Daley-Paradis-Brown-Christensen is by far the best way to go.
  20. QB: Sam Darnold, Will Grier, PJ Walker (would’ve loved to add Minshew but oh well, for now, I give Grier the edge as QB2) RB: Christian McCaffrey, Chuba Hubbard, Reggie Bonnafon WR: DJ Moore, Robby Anderson, Terrace Marshall Jr, Shi Smith, David Moore, Brandon Zylstra very unfortunate what happened to Shi Smith last night. He had a great camp & preseason, hopefully, it isn’t as serious as it looked and he can return and see some action this year. When healthy, he’s the #4 wideout. But for now, Zylstra and Kirkwood likely take the empty spots until he comes back. TE: Dan Arnold, Tommy Tremble, Ian Thomas. I could very much see Thomas being cut or traded for a late pick. He’s miles behind Arnold and Tremble, and they could save just over 2 million in cap space by doing so. What I find interesting is we all though Tremble would be our H - Back type, but it’s been Giovanni Ricci lining up in that role all preseason. O line (Holds Breath) LT: Cam Erving, Trent Scott LG: Pat Elflein, Dennis Daley C - Matt Paradis, Sam Tecklenburg RG: John Miller, Deonte Brown RT: Taylor Moton, Brady Christensen This is what we likely see week one. Although by midseason, I just can’t see the 3 weak link vets keeping the hungry rooks on the line for long. By week 8 I believe we’ll see: Moton-Daley-Paradis-Brown-Christensen. Defense LDE: Brian Burns, Marquis Haynes LDT: Derrick Brown, Bravvion Roy RDT: DaQuan Jones, Daviyon Nixon RDE: Morgan Fox, Yetur Gross-Matos SLB: Shaq Thompson, Frankie Luvu MLB: Jermaine Carter Jr, Clay Johnston (please add some depth here, Fitterrer) WLB: Haason Reddick LCB: Donte Jackson, Keith Taylor Jr, Rashaan Melvin RCB: Jaycee Horn, AJ Bouye, Stanley Thomas-Oliver SS: Jeremy Chinn, Kenny Robinson, Myles Hartsfield (Hartsfield makes the team as a nickel/slot while Bouye serves his suspension, and Melvin nurses an injury. FS: Juston Burris, Sam Franklin Special Teams: Kicker: Ryan Santoso Punter: Joe Charlton Return Specialist: Trenton Cannon (also the 4th RB/7th WR ATM) LS: JJ Jansen Fringe roster/practice squad options: Spencer Brown, Phil Hoskins, Christian Miller, Sean Chandler, Thomas Fletcher Thoughts?
