My issue with Bill is his awful drafting and how he's let his assistant coaching hires get worse and worse as he's aged and then he doesn't get rid of them. That's a recipe for disaster.

I agree but Ickey's strengths don't quite fit there, I think we can come to this conclusion now. We need a more technical guy outside, unless there's some big change in the next few games I think that's the path forward.

It was still an incredibly deserving firing, the team has been straight up unwatchable. That's on Reich, period. Who he hires next and how? No idea, I would consider pulling someone from the Dolphins staff on the offensive side however. I'm not going to do any homework on this for a while because he never freaking hires the guys I want, who then go on to be successful elsewhere (Sirianni, Steichen).

As unimpressive as the roster has been, as unimpressive as drafting has been, as unimpressive as the rookie QB might be, as unimpressive of an owner we have, it was still deserved. Toodles buddy enjoy retirement.
