    Having a problem with the policy suggests one hasn't thought it through or one is just looking for something to have a problem with A team wouldn't hire a candidate just because of their race because they actually need to be good to get a promotion. There is no incentive to hire just because since then you aren't staffing in your best interests.

    The obsession over the age of of the draft picks is so weird. Are you really trying to get 20 years out of these guys and anything else is a failure? Like if they are great but olay 1 or 2 fewer years is a problem?

    Teams wanted to trade for Stafford. There was a competition for him. Similar story doesn't mean they are on the same level. I don't think any team thinks so or he would have been acquired already
